Have I Mentioned Just How Stupid The "Weiner Bomber" Story Sounds?

I just started reading Justin Raimondo's piece, "The Lap Bomber Mystery" - I think you should, as well, dear readers.

After you're done, go take a look at the cover of the Daily News for today (Tuesday, December 29, 2009)...oh, what the hell...here you go:

What the hell?

What kind of RETARDS are the editorial staff of the Daily News that they would post this bloody picture of this idiot's underwear on their front cover?

I could do without seeing $#*!stains all around me as I go to work, you frickin' morons.

Yes...the New York Daily News showed everyone what a mess looks like in your shorts...what - you thought that brown stuff was PETN?

That, my friends, is the beginning of a Full Metal Jacket.

Actually, a co-worker mentioned this - the underwear seems to be strategically shaped in the form of an EAGLE.

Weird, isn't it?

Before you depart for greener pastures, dear readers, check out this posting from Natural News. Direct quote: "Prepare to laugh so hard your underwear explodes".

If you still aren't convinced, check this article at PrisonPlanet.

One more...and now the story smells like the fish in The Godfather.

Dear readers...you simply won't believe this story.

This grand jury should be locked up.

Updated with Slides - Lord Christopher Monckton Speaking In St. Paul Regarding "Climate Change"

Climate Change = Global Warming = Scumbaggery

Speaking of scumbaggery...I know that my blog does not allow for anonymous comments, that the comments left would be few and far between; but I have noticed a trend here, and at Greg Bacon's blog - a fantastic posting regarding Venezuela. I still fondly remember the 36 hours in April 2002, where the scumbags fell to the will of the people, and barely escaped with their lives...but I digress. What I noticed is that a number of cheesy porn links are embedded behind foreign characters.

Well...I don't know why you idiots are wasting your time. I have a real relationship, and I couldn't give a bloody damn about any stupid links you wish to proffer to my fellow bloggers or to myself. As I said before, I've DVDs still in their shrinkwrap, and maybe before I shuffle off this mortal coil, I'll take 'em for a spin; but let me make it bloody clear: I don't need your help in finding boobies on the internet; and I especially don't need nitwits trying to poison my cache with their sweatshop smut.

Then again...this could be one of the ball-less wonders from CounterKnowledge. Keep screwing around, taint-licker...you'll find yourself back on AOL chats before I'm done with you.

Oh, my stars and garters...look who's back in town - Dominik O. Suter.

Beating A Rotting Nag

Just a quick one tonight, dear readers. Hope the holiday season is greeting you with some modicum of joy.

I've a great couple of weeks ahead. I will pay it forward with my best wishes to you all.

So...look outside of your window. See that undeniable evidence of anthropogenic global warming?

I thought so.

Albert Gore is a lickspittle henchman of the scumbags already reaping rewards from their new derivative - Climate Change Credits.

Let's just be clear here - the Copenhagen conference was NEVER about actually doing anything about` the environment...because there's no bloody way to do it. Of course, we can all make an effort not to consciously and lazily add to atmospheric pollution, but not a sentence with this mindset was ever uttered even once during this conference.

This is all about gaming the system. This is nothing but a scheme to defraud nations and the people living within. The ClimateGate emails and texts should have put the lie to all of the grandiose glad-handing...despite their insistence that "hide the decline" actually didn't mean that the decline was being hidden. All of the nonsense about people opposed to "AGW" being the tools of Big Oil...do I seem like I'm a paid whore from Exxon/Mobil? Do I wear BP underwear? Fuck 'em - they're just another bunch of scumbags, raping us all for a renewable resource that they called "fossil fuel" until the work of Russian scientists was brought to the fore by the plagiarism of Thomas Gold. Read this in case David McGowan's pages aren't readily accessible.

Dear readers, here's the news: we're not going to run out of oil, unless we keep wasting it on bullshite wars like what's currently occurring.

Why are we in Afghanistan? Go no further than Mike Rivero's cogent analysis, replete with images of our soldiers standing uniform-deep in poppy fields.

Or is it that you couldn't give a fuck? Just shut up, pal; grab a beer, check out that fumble; why do ah need ta pay attenshun ta that crap? ah got mah teevee; ah got mah beer; ah got mah job...hey - pass me that phone...hello...whut? Whut do yah mean, the plant's shut down? It was releasing TOO MUCH CO2? Ah thut thet dang conference took care of all thet! Dang...ah knew thet glo-BULL wormin' was a bunch of horseapples...there's three feet of snow outside.

That's right...look outside, dear readers. You see an Earth warming out of control?

The only thing "out of control" are the avaricious appetites of the scumbags attempting to scam their way into your wallets by charging you for exhaling carbon dioxide...something that is part of our ecosystem. Plants require CO2 to LIVE. CO2 is part of the food chain, and is an integral part of the circle of life.

Haven't you heard scientists refer to humans as a "carbon-based life form"?

One last note - our drone camera feeds were hacked into by off-the-shelf software? Someone's head should fucking roll...of course, this idea is total bullshite. You guys better come up with a better tale than that.

Tiger By The Tail

The "Distraction Media" finally got their bloody wedge issue; Tiger Woods' infidelities.

I know more about Tiger's whores than I need to.

Tiger Woods has been recast as O.J. Simpson for this decade. His marriage has been laid bare for the last couple of weeks, and I'm appalled that Americans are falling for this obvious bit of scumbaggery. There are real issues of import; why does anyone care about this?

Let's boil this down to its basic element: here's a news story about a celebrity who cheated.

How is this news in this day and age?

Tiger - here's my appeal to you - don't fucking kill yourself; don't go off the deep end. This is not the end of your world; it is the end of everyone thinking that you were some sort of infallible icon...after all your accolades, you're just a man.

Deal with it.

I have a lovely girl, and I'll never cheat on her. I can say that absolutely, without reservation. Tiger should have been aware that these women were after his celebrity, not his person. Trust me...if I ever get famous or rich, I'll pay a bodyguard to fuck every groupie coming my way...he'll promise them that they'll get a piece of me, after he gets a slice...then, throw them bitches out on their asses!

What...are they going to say anything to anyone? "I tried to bang Lion Steel, but his bodyguard screwed me and threw my whore ass out?"

Hmm...actually, that might make great copy at the Post.

Oh...and a cautionary note to Elin...they will turn on you like sharks to chum...so don't think your peccadilloes aren't in the public domain...just wait until they get tired of you.

So...to add: Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen...oh - did everyone forget?) is right to drop Woods from their advertising...Bernie Madoff is a much better figurehead. Imagine the balls of the scumbags who, along with Enron, dry ass-raped California for electricity.

Yes, that's right - Enron's former accountants don't think that Tiger Woods is a good spokesman.

More Tolerance, I See...NOT

Jewish terrorists torch West Bank Mosque, scrawl Nazi slogans
[ 11/12/2009 - 02:16 PM ]
From Khalid Amayreh in the West Bank

In what seems to signal an escalation of organized Jewish terror against Palestinians and their property, suspected Jewish terrorists on Friday torched a mosque in the northern West Bank .

Palestinians sources said armed settlers from a nearby settlement threw flammable substance inside the Hasan Khadr Mosque at the village of Yasuf near Salfit, 15 kilometers, south west of Nablus .

The incident occurred around 4:00 am, shortly before dawn.

The suspected terrorists also scrawled Nazis slogans in Hebrew, reading “revenge” and “we will burn all of you.” Other scrawls read “price-tag-greeting from Effi” Effi is a Hebrew name.

Yasuf local council head Abdul Rahim Musleh said the fire gutted the mosque’s interior, including the carpeted floor, numerous, numerous Qurans and as well as furniture..

The targeted mosque is the largest of four mosques in the village of 2000 inhabitants.

Munir Abbushi, the governor of the Salfit district, where the terrorist act took place, accused the Israeli government and army of encouraging the settler terrorists to attack Palestinians.

“The Israeli army is doing nothing to protect the Palestinians from the settler aggression. Army inaction encourages the settlers to escalate their terror against our people and holy places,” said Abbushi.

The head of the Israeli army’s so-called Civil Administration in the West Bank , Yoav Mordechai, condemned the torching of the mosque, saying he would see to it that the perpetrators are apprehended and brought to justice.

However, Palestinians doubt Israeli sincerity in combating organized Jewish terror carried out by settlers indoctrinated in extremist religious ideology advocating genocide against non-Jews.

Khalid Maali, a Palestinian journalist from Salfit, attributed the incident to repeated edicts, or religious rulings, by rabbis urging settlers to kill Palestinians and vandalize their property.

“These rabbis are saying in broad daylight that it is a mitzvah (good religious deed) to murder non-Jews and destroy their property. And these terrorist settlers are simply acting on and carrying out these edicts.”

Maali charged that the Israeli government and army were legitimizing settler attacks against Palestinians by failing to apprehend and punish terrorists involved in terrorist attacks.

“This is tantamount to encouraging them to commit more terror. When these terrorist are allowed to get away with impunity, the Israeli government is effectively telling them that you can attack Palestinians and torch mosques and have nothing to worry about.”

Reactions

The torching of the Hasan Khadr mosque has drawn angry reactions from Palestinian leaders on both sides of the Green Line.

Ahmed Teibi, a prominent leader of the 1.5 million-strong Arab community in Israel , who is also a Knesset member, held Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak responsible for this “sinful act.”

“By giving these thugs (Jewish settlers) a carte blanch to maraud and rampage throughout the West Bank , the Israeli army and government are effectively encouraging them to commit crimes against the Palestinians.”

He urged the occupation army to immediately put an end to settler terror and violence before the situation gets out of hand.

The league of Muslim Ulema or religious scholars in occupied Palestine strongly condemned the “sacrilegious act,” calling on the Palestinian Authority to stop stripping Palestinians of fire arms.

“The PA has stripped the people of their arms. Now we stand unable to defend and protect ourselves. And the PA security agencies are not allowed to repulse settler attacks as their only task is to fight the resistance fighters,” said league chief Sheikh Hamed al Beitawi.

Al-Beitawi, who is also an elected member of the Palestinian legislative council who has spent years in Israeli jails for opposing the Israeli military occupation, also denounced rabbis for issuing edicts to their followers, inciting them to murder Palestinians and vandalize their property.

“These rabbis call themselves men of peace, but true men of peace don’t incite to terror and hatred and bloodshed. Imagine how these rabbis would react if a Jewish synagogue was torched in London or in Paris. They would invoke the entire history of anti-Semitism from the Spanish inquisition to the Nazi holocaust.”

Settler leaders have repeatedly said they will attack Palestinians and their property every time the Israeli army moves to vacate settlers from illegal outposts. The threats have been carried out, with settlers attacking Palestinian farmers, especially olive-pickers, businesses and now mosques.

This is not the first time Jewish terrorists attack Muslim holy places. In 1994, a Jewish terrorist who had immigrated from the United States, riddled Muslim worshipers with bullets at the Ibrahimi Mosque in downtown al Khalil, killing 29 and injuring and maiming dozens.

The terrorist, Baruch Goldstein, who was eventually killed by survivors, became a saintly figure for right-wing Jewish fanatics who advocate the extermination, enslavement or expulsion of non-Jews from mandatory Palestine (the land between the River Jordan to the Mediterranean).

The Aqsa Mosque in al Quds has also been a constant target for organized Jewish terror since Israel occupied the city from Jordan in 1967.

Similarly, other mosques, both in the West Bank and pre-1948 Palestine, have been repeatedly vandalized and desecrated by supremacist Jewish groups seeking the extirpation of non-Jews from Palestine.

What a clusterfuck. I think that "turn the other cheek" adage is going to get real old, real fast.

In other news...Adam PEARLMAN, a.k.a. Adam Gadahn, a.k.a. "Azzam The American", has released an al Qaeda tape?

What what WHAT? A Jewish male purports to be a member of a made-up organization and releases a videotape warning America?

Let me try this on for size: Hey...I'm a member of the Lollipop Guild, and I'd like to welcome you to Munchkin Land!

Wow...so easy!

The Real Truth Behind Copenhagen

This info was provided by my pal, Juan (FU¢K "CHANGE")

Copenhagen climate summit in disarray after 'Danish text' leak - This is the real truth behind Copenhagen

The UN Copenhagen climate talks are in disarray today after developing countries reacted furiously to leaked documents that show world leaders will next week be asked to sign an agreement that hands more power to rich countries and sidelines the UN's role in all future climate change negotiations.

The document is also being interpreted by developing countries as setting unequal limits on per ca More..pita carbon emissions for developed and developing countries in 2050; meaning that people in rich countries would be permitted to emit nearly twice as much under the proposals.

The so-called Danish text, a secret draft agreement worked on by a group of individuals known as "the circle of commitment" – but understood to include the UK, US and Denmark – has only been shown to a handful of countries since it was finalised this week.

The agreement, leaked to the Guardian, is a departure from the Kyoto protocol's principle that rich nations, which have emitted the bulk of the CO2, should take on firm and binding commitments to reduce greenhouse gases, while poorer nations were not compelled to act. The draft hands effective control of climate change finance to the World Bank; would abandon the Kyoto protocol – the only legally binding treaty that the world has on emissions reductions; and would make any money to help poor countries adapt to climate change dependent on them taking a range of actions.

The document was described last night by one senior diplomat as "a very dangerous document for developing countries. It is a fundamental reworking of the UN balance of obligations. It is to be superimposed without discussion on the talks".

A confidential analysis of the text by developing countries also seen by the Guardian shows deep unease over details of the text. In particular, it is understood to:

• Force developing countries to agree to specific emission cuts and measures that were not part of the original UN agreement;

• Divide poor countries further by creating a new category of developing countries called "the most vulnerable";

• Weaken the UN's role in handling climate finance;

• Not allow poor countries to emit more than 1.44 tonnes of carbon per person by 2050, while allowing rich countries to emit 2.67 tonnes.

Developing countries that have seen the text are understood to be furious that it is being promoted by rich countries without their knowledge and without discussion in the negotiations.

"It is being done in secret. Clearly the intention is to get [Barack] Obama and the leaders of other rich countries to muscle it through when they arrive next week. It effectively is the end of the UN process," said one diplomat, who asked to remain nameless.

Antonio Hill, climate policy adviser for Oxfam International, said: "This is only a draft but it highlights the risk that when the big countries come together, the small ones get hurting. On every count the emission cuts need to be scaled up. It allows too many loopholes and does not suggest anything like the 40% cuts that science is saying is needed."

Hill continued: "It proposes a green fund to be run by a board but the big risk is that it will run by the World Bank and the Global Environment Facility [a partnership of 10 agencies including the World Bank and the UN Environment Programme] and not the UN. That would be a step backwards, and it tries to put constraints on developing countries when none were negotiated in earlier UN climate talks."

The text was intended by Denmark and rich countries to be a working framework, which would be adapted by countries over the next week. It is particularly inflammatory because it sidelines the UN negotiating process and suggests that rich countries are desperate for world leaders to have a text to work from when they arrive next week.

Few numbers or figures are included in the text because these would be filled in later by world leaders. However, it seeks to hold temperature rises to 2 degree Centigrade and mentions the sum of $10bn a year to help poor countries adapt to climate change from 2012-15.

This is great! Finally, there are those out there who are tossing more spanners in the works of the scumbags. Keep it up, people.

The Copenhagen Crime Fable Begins!

Yes! Today is the day that representatives from nearly 200 nations try to jam a lie down the world's collective throats; namely, the Copenhagen Climate Conference. Of course, we in the know are aware of something we like to call the ClimateGate Iceberg, or simply, the intercepted/planted email from the climate scientists from East Anglia.

Global Warming is a goddamned LIE, just in case you didn't get the memo.

Guess what? It's also Pearl Harbor Day! I asked someone to tell me what they thought about it...I didn't get an answer. I was hoping to get into a big brouhaha about how they were lied to decades ago about the so-called "surprise attack". Ah, well.

I still can't believe that fucking scumbag Monserrate got PROBATION. Let's go through the scenario again: Hiram heard about the card in her bag; after some heated words, he decides to go get her a glass of water; upon approaching her, he TRIPS and the WHOLE GLASS in his hand CUTS HER FACE.

And the check's in the mail, and that other story...oops!

Monserrate sentencing could bring jail time
By Jeremy Walsh

Friday is a day of reckoning for state Sen. Hiram Monserrate (D-East Elmhurst), who faces up to a year in jail when he is sentenced for misdemeanor assault. But jail time is just one possibility for Monserrate, a first-time offender, former Marine and ex-NYPD officer.

Monserrate was convicted in October of recklessly injuring his girlfriend, Karla Giraldo, after a December 2008 fight in his Jackson Heights apartment. Monserrate is depicted on security camera footage dragging Giraldo away from a neighbor’s door as she holds on to the staircase and then the doorway of the apartment building in an apparent attempt to resist him.

The misdemeanor conviction could carry a sentence of jail time, probation, a fine or anger management classes, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.

Monserrate was acquitted of felony assault charges for allegedly slashing Giraldo’s face with a broken glass after discovering another man’s police union card in her purse. Monserrate and Giraldo have both claimed her injuries were accidental, incurred when he stumbled in the dark and spilled water on her, causing her to shoot upright in bed and collide with the glass in his hand.

His attorney, Joseph Tacopina, has said he will appeal the misdemeanor conviction.

In the meantime, Monserrate faces an uphill battle to cover hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal expenses and to build a war chest for his 2010 re-election bid.

The Albany Times Union reported Monserrate has established a legal defense fund based on a legal opinion issued for former state Sen. Efrain Gonzalez that differentiated between what was an improper gift and what would be considered a legitimate contribution to the fund.

The Queens Democratic Party has already endorsed state Assemblyman Jose Peralta (D-Jackson Heights) in the 2010 Democratic primary for Monserrate’s seat.

But the senator may not be in office that long. The state Senate is in the process of deciding whether it has the authority to expel Monserrate based on the conviction. Had he been found guilty of a felony, the senator would have been forced to resign. With the lesser charge in place, the Senate’s recourse is unclear. Public hearings are expected soon.

Monserrate’s participation in a June coup in the Senate also jeopardizes his viability in the state Legislature. He followed state Sen. Pedro Espada (D-Bronx) over to the Republican fold briefly, overturning the two-vote Democratic majority and sparking a month-long stalemate that alienated many of his colleagues.

The Weak Link In The Events Of September 11th, 2001 - The Federal Aviation Administration Manager Who Destroyed The Recordings

That's right...I figured out who the weak link is - the Federal Aviation Administration manager, Kevin Delaney, who destroyed the recordings on September 11th, 2001.

Anyone not given instructions ahead of time would have preserved the recordings.

But he did not do so; he instead destroyed them.

Why don't we know WHY?

Evidence being destroyed isn't anything new...remember the evidence destroyed by the LAPD after RFK was murdered by Thane Eugene Caesar?

It was just taking up too much space

US charges Fla. lawyer with $1B investment fraud

The hits just keep on coming:

US charges Fla. lawyer with racketeering, fraud in $1B investment scam over fake settlements

* By Curt Anderson, AP Legal Affairs Writer
* On 11:00 am EST, Tuesday December 1, 2009

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) -- A once high-flying attorney who courted politicians and celebrities was arrested Tuesday on federal racketeering and fraud charges alleging he operated a $1 billion investment scheme that used phony legal settlements.

Lawyer Scott Rothstein was led into the Miami FBI office in handcuffs following his early-morning arrest on five charges, including a violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations or RICO law often used against the Mafia and other criminal organizations.

Alicia Valle, spokeswoman for the Miami U.S. attorney's office, said Rothstein was also charged with mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy. The combined maximum prison term for convictions on all counts is 100 years, according to court documents.

Rothstein was scheduled to appear in federal court later Tuesday. A news conference by prosecutors, the FBI and Internal Revenue Service was also planned.

The type of charging document filed by prosecutors, known as an "information," is typically used when a defendant has already agreed to plead guilty. Rothstein's attorney Marc Nurick declined comment Tuesday.

The document cites unnamed "other conspirators" who also played key roles in the fraud, suggesting that more people could face charges. In addition, the document says that Rothstein paid "gratuities" to unidentified police officials "to deflect law enforcement scrutiny" of his activities.

The criminal case was seen as inevitable after Rothstein returned from Morocco early last month amid mounting questions from investors and the FBI about missing money. The FBI has estimated the Ponzi scheme could top $1 billion and asked investors to come forward with information.

Federal agents have seized Rothstein's boats, including an 87-foot yacht, as well as 20 luxury cars and numerous other assets, including his share of the Miami Beach mansion formerly owned by fashion designer Gianni Versace. Prosecutors are also going after 21 homes and other properties linked to Rothstein in Florida, New York and along Rhode Island's Narragansett Bay.

Meanwhile, the once fast-growing law firm Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler is defunct and Rothstein has been disbarred by the Florida Supreme Court. Several investors have already filed lawsuits seeking their money back, including one case demanding more than $100 million in damages.

Rothstein promised huge returns on investments in legal settlements he said would pay out over time. Prosecutors say most of the settlements never existed and that Rothstein operated a Ponzi scheme, using money from new investors to pay older ones.

Shortly after the scandal broke, the Florida Democratic Party returned $200,000 in contributions from Rothstein and his law firm. The state Republican Party gave back $150,000, and Gov. Charlie Crist returned $9,600 that Rothstein and his wife, Kim, had donated to Crist's campaign for the U.S. Senate.

Rothstein's office is filled with photos of him with politicians from around the country, including former President George W. Bush, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, Arizona Sen. John McCain and California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was also close to Miami Dolphins great Dan Marino and many South Florida business and community leaders.
