Just heard about DownsizeDC.org - this is a HUGE step in the right direction...the Patriot Act was passed because there was no accountability after the faux anthrax attack. A bill so encompassing should have been read in its entirety.

Here's another page: Real Nightmare - this page deals with the Real ID initiative. Not only do they tell you the actual ramifications of adopting the Real ID Card, they offer alternative bills to propose to your elected officials!

That is what's missing from most pages advocating change: SOLUTIONS.

Former Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee said something profoundly ugly the other day...

So...in the almost eight years of the Shrub's failed policies, no one has made an on-stage joke directed at shooting the President...yet, now that we have a "nigger" candidate running for the office, this joke is being told?!? You mean, that Eddie Murphy skit actually had some merit?

Geez...get a grip, you silly geese...do you really think a Black guy could screw up worse than the Monkey-In-Chief?
