Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates taught his students that the pursuit of truth can only begin once they start to question and analyze every belief that they ever held dear. If a certain belief passes the tests of evidence, deduction, and logic, it should be kept. If it doesn't, the belief should not only be discarded, but the thinker must also then question why he was led to believe the erroneous information in the first place. We can try to open their closed minds and free them from their self-imposed blindness, but it’s not easy fighting the force of human nature. The chains of ideological conformity have too strong of a grip, and breaking them is a difficult task. With the limited resources at our disposal, it is next to impossible to compete with the media lemming-masters. Nevertheless, some of us must make the meager attempt, and thus lay the foundation upon which the truth might one day rise again.

There are those among us who do have the courage and intellectual capacity to break free of the shackles of lemminghood and accept the truth when it is presented in a clear and logical sequence. To those open minded and independent thinkers I wish to state clearly and unequivocally. I intend to set forth in this paper an overwhelming body of evidence which should forever destroy the notion that a Saudi Arabian caveman and his band of half-trained, nerdy Arab flight school attendees, orchestrated the most sophisticated terror operation in world history. The idea is utterly laughable. And yet, due to the blithering barrage of bullshit dished out by the government/media complex, "patriotic" Americans have accepted this ridiculous fairy tale with a religious conviction. As a public service to my fellow Americans, I have published the results of my research in the hopes of liberating as many people as I can from the oppressive yoke of media brainwashing and state sponsored lies. Settlements are no threat

As the Obama administration moves to transform Palestinian arguments about Israeli settlements into U.S. policy, an examination of the facts underlying these issues is appropriate. There may be no better place to begin than the swimming pool at Rimonim, a Jewish settlement in the heart of the West Bank.

The scene is a familiar one. Families picnicking together. Mothers yelling at children to be careful. Young children calling out to moms to watch them do dangerous things.

But it is the view from the hilltop pool that is striking. It quickly dispels many of the myths that today masquerade as dogma concerning Jewish settlements in the West Bank.

As one looks out from Rimonim, the most telling fact is what one does not see. Over the miles of rolling hills that unfold across the landscape, there is not a village, building, home or even a herd of sheep to be seen. The scene is the same at other Jewish settlements as well.

Palestinian propaganda machines have for years purveyed the myth of Israeli settlements choking Palestinian communities the way commerce and residential developments have encroached upon rural America. Yet, in reality, nothing like this exists in the largely unsettled expanses of the West Bank.

When Mark Twain walked this land in 1867, he described in his book, Innocents Abroad, this very same "deserted" and "desolate country" with its "rocky and bare" landscape. Today, despite Palestinian efforts to portray it differently, not all that much has changed outside the few towns and villages that dot the land.

Even the pro-Palestinian group Peace Now concedes that Israeli settlements - mostly bedroom communities of Jerusalem or Tel Aviv - occupy less than 3 percent of the West Bank. More than 98 percent of Palestinians already live under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority, and there is no shortage of land there for Palestinian expansion.

Moreover, Israeli professionals living a suburban life with their children in the vast expanse of these territories do not threaten or harm Palestinians. Israeli checkpoints and security measures have been implemented because Palestinians have seemed more interested in destroying Israel and killing Jews than establishing an independent Palestinian state.

Nor are Jewish settlements the result of Israeli colonial aspirations. Most represent the return of the Jewish people to the cities of their ancestors. As Twain painstakingly reported, Jews have lived here since time immemorial, and a drive through these territories highlights the Jewish history - cities, tombs and other landmarks - rooted in this land.

Yet it is not just ancient history that speaks to the great Jewish legacy. The Jewish presence has been a constant right up to modern times. While many bristle at the terms "Judea" and "Samaria," dismissing them as propaganda invented by extremist "settlers" for political ends, maps, photographs, travel guides and other books have throughout history described these territories by those time-honored names. Even United Nations resolutions - including, notably, the 1947 Partition resolution - used those terms.

Given this history, the rights of the Jewish people in these lands are rich, historic and firmly enshrined. While negotiations about sharing this land may be necessary for the sake of peace, they cannot proceed from a premise that these are "Palestinian lands" or occupied "Palestinian territory." They are, at most, "disputed territories."

Indeed, the Oslo Accords firmly recognized the issue of "settlements" as one of the "final status" issues to be addressed by negotiation after other, less difficult, issues were resolved.

It is wrong for the Obama administration to now seek to prejudice that delicate issue with pronouncements adopting the Palestinian narrative and actions designed to preclude the building of additions to homes and new units necessary to accommodate natural growth in existing Jewish settlements.

The thousands of young children who frequent the Rimonim pool look to the future like children anywhere. They seek only to grow up in peace, experience the joys of youth with sufficient room in their homes and schools and, ultimately, have the right to raise families in the communities that nurtured them from birth.

There is no morally sound reason for the Obama administration to challenge these basic rights.

Jets Impact the Twin Towers

The opening salvo in the escalating series of horrors on 9/11/01 was a jet smashing into the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 8:46 AM. The takeover of Flight 11 had occurred almost 30 minutes earlier, but it was the shocking impact with one of the famous Twin Towers that awakened the world to the unfolding attack. By 9:00 AM, television stations across the globe had gone live with the story of the disaster in Lower Manhattan. Thus many cameras were rolling when the South Tower was impacted by a second jet at 9:03 AM, producing brilliant fireballs.
Impacts and Fireballs

The jet that hit the North Tower flew in perpendicular to the tower's northeast face, and impacted around the center of the 95th floor, producing an impact gash that extended from the 92nd to the 98th floor. Most of the plane apparently lodged in the tower's core structure, the only piece of aircraft to emerge from the opposite side being a dense piece of landing gear. The burning jet fuel, atomized on impact, spilled out of the impact gash and through broken windows on the southeast side.

In contrast, the jet that hit the South Tower, 18 minutes later, veered to the right just before impact and hit the rightmost third of the tower's southwest wall, producing an impact gash that extended from the 78th to the 94th floor. The diagonal trajectory through the building allowed most of the plane to miss the tower's core structure, and much of its fuselage appeared to emerge from the east corner, while a great deal of the fuel escaped from the northeast and southwest walls. This produced huge fireballs that developed outside the building, in contrast with the greater containment of the fireballs in the North Tower impact.
Impact Damage

The jet impacts destroyed sections of perimeter wall columns on the faces of the towers they hit. Although the collisions left imprints that extended out to the wingtips of the jets, the ends of the wings destroyed only the aluminum cladding covering the perimeter columns, not the steel columns themselves. The South Tower's wall was damaged less than the North Tower's, since the columns at its impact zone were made of thicker steel.

According to FEMA's damage estimates, The North Tower impact destroyed from 31 to 36 of its perimeter columns, and the South Tower impact destroyed about 23 of its perimeter columns. Since each tower had 240 perimeter columns, the impacts destroyed only about 13 and 10 percent of the towers' perimeter columns, and only on a few floors.

The Jet Fuel

In the popular imagination, the jet fuel was the biggest factor in bringing down the towers. News reports emphasized that the transcontinental flights were fully loaded with fuel, while later government reports stated that the 767s were carrying about 10,000 of their 24,000-gallon capacity, and that most of the jet fuel likely burned off within five minutes. Thus, the jet fuel primarily served to ignite the post-crash fires rather than sustain them.

Okay...we've got that out of the way, yes? So...and I hope that this is clear...are you stating that the jet fuel that you purport was the weakening factor in regards to the steel not only ran down the remaining floors, but was also able to affect the floors ABOVE THE IMPACT?

How the hell did firefighters reach the floors they were able to before the collapses?

I met my buddies yesterday at the bar. Cowboy was there before I had arrived; Maverick arrived shortly after; his cowboy boots bore the brunt of our humor.

Wait...so I've been screaming about this bloody thing for almost seven bloody years, and only until NOW, does it finally hit home?

Yes...and here's why:

The information was printed in a NEWSPAPER.

You see, Maverick is a luddite. Maverick has never touched a computer...in fact, he just got a disposable cell phone, and this was just so we wouldn't razz him about still being stuck in the 18th century. Maverick only trusts what he reads in print - especially anything printed by the Old Grey Lady, The New York Times.

So, it shocked me for a bit to hear him actually speak about WTC 7. As he spoke, I nodded my head and held back my self-important smirk, because it's not about my being right; rather, it's about recognizing lies when you hear or read them.

And make no mistake, ladies and gentlemen - the report by Dr. Shyam Sunder is a BOLD-FACED LIE.

So...that was good to hear.

It was a shock to Misha Defonseca's readers this year when she admitted that the best-selling story of her tortured childhood during the Holocaust was false, but her U.S. publisher saw it as an opportunity to undo a stinging, 7-year-old court judgment.

Jane Daniel says she never would have been ordered to pay Defonseca and her ghost writer $32.4 million over her handling of profits from "Misha: A Memoire of the Holocaust Years" had the jury known the book was filled with lies.

Defonseca never lived with wolves to escape the Nazis, never killed a German soldier in self-defense, never walked 3,000 miles across Europe in search of her parents. Contrary to the book's claims, Defonseca admitted in February that she isn't even Jewish.

Daniel is asking a judge to throw out the verdict; a hearing is set for Thursday in Middlesex Superior Court.

"This is a case where everyone was so enamored and felt so much sympathy for the Holocaust survivor, it just overwhelmed everyone in the case, including the jury," Daniel said in an interview with The Associated Press. "Now to find out that the book was not true, that is fraud on the court."

Defonseca and her ghost writer, Vera Lee, said the truth of the 1997 book had no bearing on the jury's finding that Daniel cheated them out of profits.

"It has nothing to do with that," said Defonseca, 71, of Dudley.

"This credibility issue is something Jane is digging up now," Lee said. "That's not what the trial was about. It was about the fact that she cheated us."

Daniel met Defonseca in the 1990s while Daniel was doing publicity for a video company that had made a memorial video for Defonseca about her dog. "She said the reason she was so attached to dogs is because she had been so attached to wolves," Daniel recalled. Once she heard Defonseca tell her whole story, she asked her to write a book.

The harrowing tale of a little Jewish girl's survival became a best-seller in Europe, was translated into 18 languages, was turned into a feature film in France, and drew interest from the Walt Disney Co. and Oprah Winfrey.

But the book sold only 5,000 copies in the United States after Daniel had a falling out with Defonseca and Lee.

The two sued Daniel for breach of contract. In 2001, a Middlesex District Court jury found that Daniel had failed to promote the book as promised and had hidden profits. The jury awarded Defonseca $7.5 million and Lee $3.3 million, but those amounts were later tripled by a judge who found Daniel and her small publishing company, Mt. Ivy Press, had misled both women and tried to claim royalties herself by rewriting the book.

In a brief telephone interview, Defonseca would not discuss her admission that she made up most of the details of the book. In February she acknowledged that her book was a fantasy that she kept repeating.

"This story is mine. It is not actually reality, but my reality, my way of surviving," Defonseca said in a statement released by her lawyers.

Defonseca admitted the book was not true after a genealogical researcher working with Daniel on her own book about the case uncovered inconsistencies in her story, including records that showed Defonseca was baptized Catholic and had attended an elementary school in Schaarbeek, Belgium, in 1943, during a time in which she said in her book she was living with wolves in Ukraine.

Daniel's lawyers are asking a judge to overturn the jury's award because Defonseca "perpetrated a hoax" on Daniel, her publishing company, the public, the trial judge and a state appeals court that upheld the verdict. They said Defonseca directly violated a provision in her publishing contract with Daniel in which she affirmed that the content of the book was true.

"From the outset, she breached her contract, but nobody knew it until much later," said Brian McCormick, one of Daniel's lawyers.

Lee's attorney Frank Frisoli said too much time has gone by for Daniel to challenge the verdict now. Also, after the judgment, Daniel reached agreements with both Lee and Defonseca to settle with Daniel for far less than $32.4 million. Daniel said her father paid $425,000 to Defonseca, while Lee received $250,000 from a settlement Daniel received after suing her literary agent and has the right to sell her house in Gloucester.

Lee said that she warned Daniel several times during the writing of the book that some aspects of Defonseca's story were incredible, but that Daniel dismissed her concerns.

"I think she went along thinking she had a blockbuster and she didn't want to hear anything about it not possibly being true," Lee said.

When news of the hoax came out in February, however, Lee said that she had always believed Defonseca's stories and that and no research she did gave her a reason to do otherwise.

"She always maintained that this was truth as she recalled it, and I trusted that that was the case," Lee said then.

Daniel has said she could not fully research Defonseca's story before it was published because the woman claimed she did not know her parents' names, her birthday or where she was born.

Daniel acknowledges she had doubts about portions of Defonseca's story, but said she believed it after talking to Holocaust survivors.

"If you read a lot of Holocaust literature, all survivor stories are miraculous," she said.

Find a candidate who can get away with lying about their father being a 'freedom fighter' when he was actually part of the most corrupt and violent government in Kenya 's history. Nurture this candidate in an atmosphere of anti-white American teaching and surround him with Islamic teachers. Is it mere coincidence this same candidate wants to disarm our nuclear capability at a time when terrorist Muslim nations are expanding their nuclear weapons capability? First, let's start with this bunch of silliness by the once-revered British Broadcasting Corporation:
BBC Hit Piece Edits Silverstein Comment In Dirty Tricks Scam

The BBC’s embarrassing attempt to dig itself out of a hole that keeps getting deeper was again exemplified during their latest yellow journalism hit piece on 9/11 truth, in which they played Larry Silverstein’s “pull it” comment but edited out the most important part of the statement, and in doing so changed its context altogether.



An army of informed truth activists are almost tripping over each other to point out the gargantuan number of errors, ad hominem smear tactics, bias and shoddy investigative techniques displayed in the program which aired Sunday in the UK.



Just one such example concerns WTC complex leaseholder Larry Silverstein’s infamous “pull it” comment which can be viewed in its entirety below with other clips included for context in confirming that the term “pull it” is industry jargon for deliberately demolishing a building.

However, in the BBC’s attempt to convince the viewer that “pull it” meant to withdraw firefighters from the building, despite the fact that according to NIST’s WTC collapse lead investigator Shyam Sunder, “There was no firefighting in WTC 7,” and additionally the FEMA report, which stated “No manual firefighting actions were taken by FDNY,” the editors carefully snipped out the last portion of Silverstein’s comments where he states, “and then we watched the building collapse.


BBC calls 9/11 Tape Misplacement "Cock-Up, Not Conspiracy" - laughable, but NOT funny...

By deliberately removing “and then we watched the building collapse,” the BBC has performed a hatchet job on the whole context of the statement by censoring the fact that the collapse of WTC 7 was a consequence of the decision to “pull” the building.

The BBC’s zealous efforts to redeem its name by ceaselessly attacking the 9/11 truth movement accelerated after the broadcaster was shamed when footage from 9/11 emerged of their correspondent Jane Standley reporting that WTC 7 had collapsed even as it remained standing in the shot behind her head.

Questions as to how this could have happened and allegations that news corporations, whether wittingly or unwittingly, were being fed a script on the day of 9/11 as it unfolded were met with hostility, and the BBC claimed it had “lost” the tape.



The tape was miraculously “discovered” again on the eve of the broadcast of their latest hit piece but the footage was not shown in the program, presumably to avoid further embarrassment.

We will be picking apart the BBC’s latest atrocious effort to claim they have “solved the final mystery of 9/11″ over the course of this week with multiple investigative reports and as we did last time - debunk this latest hit piece as nothing more than the revolting stench of yellow journalism.







Now...as promised, dear readers...my review of The 9/11 Chronicles - Part One: Truth Rising

So...I woke up this morning and decided that I would watch this in its entirety, uninterrupted. The film begins with a montage of situations to be focused upon in the film. Alex Jones is not heard until approximately seven minutes into the film...,next, we hear from various individuals, including at nine minutes, twenty-five seconds, a completely confused woman, who screams insanities at the 9/11 Truther crowd assembled at Ground Zero.

Luke Rudkowski of WeAreChange leads the testimonies - we hear from David Miller, who now has to walk around with a respirator; David Bonillo, who lost his father; and Dan Wallace, who passed away days after his testimony.

Luke then shares an encounter; his first big encounter, I believe, with Zbigniew Brzezinski - oddly, Zbiggy pulls a "Ben Stern" with his "shut up, sit down" responses to Luke's totally appropriate queries.

Luke then confronts David Rockefeller - interesting standoff. Next, Sabrina Rivera takes the truth to "America's Asshat", former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani - he is confronted with his own words, and completely LIES about what he stated on television. He is later seen in the film laughing like a syphilitic hyena.

Barack Obama completely ducks a question posed to him...but is filmed with an "Investigate 9/11" sign in the foreground, as is John "Songbird" McCain...but "Songbird" later claifies his stance...or does he? He does flip-flop like a flounder on a hot pan. John Conyers is greeted with the fact of being an accessory to this heinous crime against Americans, and offers to meet with the 9/11 Truthers...though we all know how that ended.

We are then treated to the Whoremaster himself, former President "Slick Willy" William Jefferson Clinton, who uses techniques straight from The Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression, notably numbers 2 and 9. He admits to "some knowledge" of what occurs at "Bohemian Club", mangling that name of the well-known Bohemian Grove, which Alex Jones exposed to their chagrin, but relegating the membership to Republicans.

Ah...the old limited hangout...

Some dumb-ass wooden headed newscaster invokes the Gestapo in regards to questions, as does Bill Maher...gatekeep much, Billy-Boy?

Senator Joe Biden is asked about his meeting with General Mahmoud Ahmad, who facilitated the wire transfer of $100,000...Biden blows it off, stating "diplomatic courtesy", or some such garbage.

Once again, Bill Maher obfuscates the fact of the Salomon Brothers Building collapse by stating that "I don't believe that President Bush brought down Building 7."

Bill...I don't believe that ANYONE ever said that HE did. If you were interested in TRUTH, and not accepting BLOOD MONEY for your prevarications, you wouldn't have shouted over the individual in your audience that night.

Shameful.

Speaking of shameful...here comes Bill "Falafel" O'Reilly. He whines about poor Speaker of the House nancy Pelosi, who was voted in to enact the will of WE THE PEOPLE...but apparently, her people do NOT reside in the United States proper...

Current New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg does not respond to queries from Luke in regards to voting against measures proposed to assist rescue workers with the repercussions of breathing the poisoned air at Ground Zero. He is confronted by an officer, who, after hearing Luke out, AGREES WITH LUKE in regards to the treatment of those individuals who risked their lives to assist others.

As Alex forecasted, our law enforcement agencies have taken advantage of the events of September 11th to enact police state measures. Kevin McPadden relays an account of foreknowledge of the Salomon Brothers Building's "collapse". There CANNOT be a clearer example of foreknowledge than this.

Richard Gage is an architect - his knowledge of building structures and the science behind them prove to put the lie to the "official" story. Van Romero had himself stated that the "collapses" appeared to be controlled demolitions...even though he recanted this testimony mere days later, but compare his original testimony to the recantation.

William Rodriguez has been called all kinds of names by purveyors of the "official" mantra, but his account is absolutely verified by Joel Schroeder, a fireman who barely escaped with his life, thanks to the fortitude of William Rodriguez. Joel encountered many anomalies while assisting others in the tower.

Christie Tood Whitman is shown LYING to the American public in regards to air quality safety.

Thanks to her lies, John Feal's roommate must take twenty-six medications daily.

The scene shifts to Calgary, Alberta, canada, where we meet Nathan Moulton engaging in some viral marketing at a Wal-Mart, using their own PA system to make various announcements regarding 9/11 Truth.

Mark Dice sits atop a bear statue using amegaphone...it is not long before a LEO comes calling.

Here's a tried and true method of communication: GIRLS IN BIKINIS!

Michael Moore is confronted and due to the testimony of firefighters, adds his voice to the multitudes clamoring for a REAL investigation of the vent in question.

Bill O'Reilly denigrates the great Willie Nelson. PINHEAD? I think not.

Mark Dice confronts Danny Bonaduce, dropping names of various individuals; apparently Danny could care less. Considering that Danny has trouble differentiating between a woman and a man dressed as a woman, he may wish to consider his own problem-solving skills when denigrating others.

Gary Hart is questioned by Brian Kelly about a missive that he sent, which was supposed to be received as a "tongue-in-cheek" communique, but invokes the U.S.S. Maine...interesting. Gary, it seems like you were actually one of the better ones...the Donna Rice incident that became your downfall was complete horseshite.

Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura was previously a demolitions expert in the Armed Forces; after watching various films regarding September 11th, he became convinced that the "official" narrative is flwaed, to say the least.

Current California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger parades around proudly with his Schutz-Staffel belt buckle; Rosie O'Donnell was booted off unceremoniously from The View because of her opinions in regards to September 11th, 2001.

Danny Bonaduce appears on the John Gibson Radio News Broadcast, where they remark upon Danny's berating of Mark Dice. They do, however, admit that the video clip of that interview made huge waves on YouTube.

Martin Sheen gives some common sense views into the smoking gun that I consider the Salomon Brothers building, also known as WTC 7.

Raymond Schwab is confronted by some idiot LEO who thinks that we're in 1930s Germany...he demands papers when he refuses to turn off the camera...the intimidation doesn't quite work when ONE IS AWARE OF THEIR RIGHTS...boy, that must stick in their craws. 9/11 rescue workers discuss the problems they are having in obtaining well-deserved health care.

Luke and the boys engage in some information dispersal on the subway.

Elliot Nesch from Beit Shalom Ministries actually encounter a reasonable LEO in Illinois - he seems genuinely impressed with their mission.

An example of 9/11 Truther demonization is then presented for all to see.

Cut to Times Square...the most despicable happening occurs - Geraldo "Jerry Rivers" Rivera happens to be taping a live show; the boys get wind of this and make to force the issue upon his show. Suffice it to say that Geraldo's response to the 9/11 Truthers exhibits a COMPLETE DISDAIN for the people affected by the events of September 11th, 2001. He then insults them en masse with the shenanigans committed by Senator Larry Craig and Joey DiFatta - yes - "gay bathroom sex".

The capper - Alex Jones is arrested for...

..."unlicensed usage of a sound device". Alex is freed within the hour, and the point has been made.

Again, "America's Asshat" Rudolph Giuliani is confronted with the reprehensible act of mixing in the remains of 40% of the victims of September 11th, 2001 with concrete in order to obfuscate any forensic efforts.

Christine Ebersole grabs the bullhorn and declares that the truth will out.

Congressman and former Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich promises to research the events of September 11th, 2001. Say what you will...Dennis has at least orchestrated an effort to introduce Articles of Impeachment, currently being blocked by SOTH Nancy Pelosi.

We close the film with some last words from 9/11 rescue workers...look at the thickness of the dust on the vehicles...does THAT look safe to breathe?
