LKL - An Interesting Debate

Amazingly, Stephen Baldwin is the voice of prohibition here, after starring in both Biodome and Half Baked. He uses the same non-argument of marijuana being a "gateway drug", but Ron Paul knocks the wind out of his sails by showing nicotine to be a much more pernicious and more addictive substance, which does NOT purport to be a "gateway" to other substances.

Of course, the Congressman is correct; this is about PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY.

I just watched HIV=AIDS: Fact Or Fraud, which was brought to my attention by disinter.

It's a two hour presentation...I awoke at five in the morning, and had saved the link. If you go to the page, you'll see that there are as of my posting, 31 comments. Some of the commenters simply did not watch the film, and instead want it to be boiled down to a ten-second sound byte.

Thank you, Distraction Media, for assisting in the dumbing-down of America. I'll surmise here that the same individual would sit through an entire season of American Idol and not complain once (I'm watching it, so this is not just an off-the-cuff criticism).

This is real life, dear readers - it can't be boiled down to fit the non-attention span of the uncritical.

Back in 2002, I had read about Peter Duesberg and his hypotheses regarding the nature of HIV, AIDS and the various problems with their conflation. It was great to see that had not given up on this tack; rather, the fact of people having their funds rescinded for daring to go against the status quo only strengthens his arguments.

Notice that Dr. Paul is a medical professional where Baldwin is what?

Thanks for the mention! Great blog!

Thank you, my friend! I watched the entire two hours of the film - it's incredible the degree our medical profession has been tricked out.
