Here's what I have to say about it:

The truck bomb, like the planes on September 11th, were distractions. For that truck bomb to do what it was purported to do, it would've had to VAPORIZE an equivalent area of the ground beneath it - or do you think it's possible to create a shaped charge from ANFO in a Ryder truck that would affect ONLY the Murrah Building?
