Onto the nonsense. Here's the Newsday article:

WASHINGTON - Child pornography was found on a computer belonging to the white supremacist charged with shooting and killing a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, the FBI said in court documents.

Agents found the material on a desktop computer seized from the Annapolis, Md., apartment where 88-year-old James von Brunn lived with his son and son's fiancee, FBI Special Agent Ronald Farnsworth said in an affidavit filed Wednesday in support of a search warrant. Investigators searched the home last Thursday, taking more than 30 items, including ammunition, computers, thumb drives, CDs, memory cards, cell phones and videos.

Authorities will analyze who had access to the computer to determine whether the pornography was von Brunn's, or if it could have belonged to someone else, prosecutors said. No decisions on charges have been made. The documents didn't say what form the pornography was in, or how much of it was there.

In separate documents filed on Wednesday, the FBI said it found 35 rounds of .22-caliber ammunition in a search last Thursday of von Brunn's car, which was parked outside of the Washington, D.C., museum during the shooting a day earlier.

Investigators said they also found a notebook in the car with handwritten notes saying, " The Holocaust is a lie. Obama was created by Jews. Obama does what his Jew owners tell him to do.

Jews captured America's money. Jews control the mass media." Von Brunn faces murder charges in the death of Stephen T. Johns and remains hospitalized after being hit in the face by guards who returned fire.

The FBI has said he is likely to survive. A hearing is set for Monday for an update on his condition. No date has been set for von Brunn's initial court appearance.

So...the line being offered is that he is responsible for the death of the security guard, who was wounded in his back...a wound that most likely came from his colleagues. Also, now, he dabbles in child porn, a crime guaranteed to remove any possible support he may have.

In my opinion, James von Brunn is being used as a catalyst for gun control and "hate crime" laws. He is being demonized for his views, but I would implore those who can discern facts from vitriol to read his book, and ask yourself: are the things he wrote about in his book actually occurring and/or has occurred?

Let's all keep an open mind...and remember Benjamin Franklin's warning: "Those who choose security over liberty will end up possessing neither".

As I read it, I did not see an individual who inherently hated all things Jewish; rather, I read about someone who regularly went to lunches with Jewish individuals; who felt that the United States should take an even-handed approach to foreign relations regarding the Middle East, and rightly felt that any preferences would bring about catastrophic consequences.

I believe that he was correct in his presumptions. You be the judge.

Jets Impact the Twin Towers

The opening salvo in the escalating series of horrors on 9/11/01 was a jet smashing into the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 8:46 AM. The takeover of Flight 11 had occurred almost 30 minutes earlier, but it was the shocking impact with one of the famous Twin Towers that awakened the world to the unfolding attack. By 9:00 AM, television stations across the globe had gone live with the story of the disaster in Lower Manhattan. Thus many cameras were rolling when the South Tower was impacted by a second jet at 9:03 AM, producing brilliant fireballs.
Impacts and Fireballs

The jet that hit the North Tower flew in perpendicular to the tower's northeast face, and impacted around the center of the 95th floor, producing an impact gash that extended from the 92nd to the 98th floor. Most of the plane apparently lodged in the tower's core structure, the only piece of aircraft to emerge from the opposite side being a dense piece of landing gear. The burning jet fuel, atomized on impact, spilled out of the impact gash and through broken windows on the southeast side.

In contrast, the jet that hit the South Tower, 18 minutes later, veered to the right just before impact and hit the rightmost third of the tower's southwest wall, producing an impact gash that extended from the 78th to the 94th floor. The diagonal trajectory through the building allowed most of the plane to miss the tower's core structure, and much of its fuselage appeared to emerge from the east corner, while a great deal of the fuel escaped from the northeast and southwest walls. This produced huge fireballs that developed outside the building, in contrast with the greater containment of the fireballs in the North Tower impact.
Impact Damage

The jet impacts destroyed sections of perimeter wall columns on the faces of the towers they hit. Although the collisions left imprints that extended out to the wingtips of the jets, the ends of the wings destroyed only the aluminum cladding covering the perimeter columns, not the steel columns themselves. The South Tower's wall was damaged less than the North Tower's, since the columns at its impact zone were made of thicker steel.

According to FEMA's damage estimates, The North Tower impact destroyed from 31 to 36 of its perimeter columns, and the South Tower impact destroyed about 23 of its perimeter columns. Since each tower had 240 perimeter columns, the impacts destroyed only about 13 and 10 percent of the towers' perimeter columns, and only on a few floors.

The Jet Fuel

In the popular imagination, the jet fuel was the biggest factor in bringing down the towers. News reports emphasized that the transcontinental flights were fully loaded with fuel, while later government reports stated that the 767s were carrying about 10,000 of their 24,000-gallon capacity, and that most of the jet fuel likely burned off within five minutes. Thus, the jet fuel primarily served to ignite the post-crash fires rather than sustain them.

Okay...we've got that out of the way, yes? So...and I hope that this is clear...are you stating that the jet fuel that you purport was the weakening factor in regards to the steel not only ran down the remaining floors, but was also able to affect the floors ABOVE THE IMPACT?

How the hell did firefighters reach the floors they were able to before the collapses?

Then Shahak gives us a rabbi's answer to an Israeli soldier who has asked whether or not it is proper to kill Arab women and children. In his answer the rabbi quotes from the Talmud: "The best of the Gentiles — kill him; the best of snakes — dash out its brains."

David Francis of the Christian Science Monitor notes that "Since 1973, Israel has cost the United States about $1.6 trillion. If divided by today's population, that is more than $5,700 per person." And what exactly are Americans subsidizing in Israel? — a virulent form of fundamentalist orthodox Judaism, enforced by state-supported religious councils that reject the more progressive reform and conservative Judaism. While we are incessantly admonished about the evils of anti-Semitism, few know that a virulent, racist creed of anti-Gentilism is enshrined in Judaism's holiest book, the Talmud. As Holocaust survivor/author Israel Shahak has exposed, this obnoxious religious doctrine has fueled most reactive anti-Semitism in history. Born in Warsaw in 1933, Shahak spent a portion of his childhood in the concentration camp in Belsen, from which he immigrated to Palestine in 1945. He grew up in Israel, served in the Israeli military, and became a chemistry professor. Like all Israelis, he became fluent in Hebrew. He also became acclimated to the peculiar moral atmosphere of Israeli society: a combination of overweening arrogance and deceit, a mixture of pugnacious self-righteousness and duplicity.

Unlike his fellow Israelis, however, Professor Shahak is deeply troubled by this peculiar atmosphere. Whereas the Jews around him take it for granted that the goyim on whom they depend for economic, military, and diplomatic support are too stupid ever to figure out what the Jews think about them and say about them behind their backs and plan to do to them when they can, and too sheeplike ever to take effective action if they do figure it out, he worries. He remembers that the Romans figured it out, and they consequently sacked Jerusalem and ended their cult in Palestine. He remembers that the Germans figured it out, and that's why he became an involuntary tenant in a concentration camp. He's worried that if his fellow Jews continue behaving as they always have, they will get themselves into some really serious trouble -- again.

In particular, Professor Shahak is concerned about the behavior of those of his people who adhere to "Judaism". He is not one of these himself, and so he is able to look with some degree of objectivity at the mixture of superstition, Jewish chauvinism, and hatred of non-Jews which makes up the Jewish religion and its sacred writings. He deplores traditional Jewish teachings, not only because of the danger that some new Martin Luther will come along and spill the beans to the Gentiles, but because of the spiritually debilitating effect these teachings have had on the Jews themselves. Of the world of medieval Jewry in Europe, the world of the ghetto and the shtetl which modern Jewish writers refer to in euphoric tones as a world of quaint tradition and piety, Shahak says: "It was a world sunk in the most abject superstition, fanaticism, and ignorance ..."

He cites a number of specific instances of the ways in which Jewish religious authorities have kept their flocks under control. In general, the rabbis have taught their fellow Jews that their Gentile neighbors are spiritually and morally unclean; that they are subhuman, on a level with the beasts of the field; and that they hate Jews and must be hated in return. Jews are taught that the Christian religion is a religion fit only for animals, and that its founder, Jesus, was the son of a prostitute and is presently immersed in a pit of boiling excrement in hell.

Among the Hassidim (Hebrew for "pious ones") all of these teachings are kept current. Shahak points out that a central thesis of the Hassidic doctrine is that only Jews are human beings, and that the universe was created for them alone. Non-Jews were created only to be used by Jews. Although this teaching about the subhumanity of Gentiles is most open and explicit among the bearded, sidelocked, black-hatted Orthodox Jews that one sees in Jewish strongholds such as New York City, it comes from the core of Jewish tradition and is accepted to a greater or lesser degree by all pious Jews. It is, for example, a specific tenet of the Jewish Defense League and is cited in the membership handbook for that group.

Especially frustrating to Professor Shahak is the clever deception which his fellow Jews use to conceal the true nature of Judaism from their Gentile neighbors. Regarding the veil of false piety which conceals from Gentile eyes the malevolent doctrine of the Hassidim, he writes: "A chief deceiver in this case, and a good example of the power of deception, was Martin Buber. His numerous works eulogizing the whole Hassidic movement (including Habbad) never so much as hint at the real doctrines of Hassidism concerning non-Jews." Buber (1878-1965) promoted Hassidism in Germany during the rise of the National Socialists -- in fact, until 1938, when he left for Palestine -- and Shahak considers Buber's efforts, despite their deceptiveness, at least partly responsible for the National Socialist reaction to the Jews.

Another example of Jewish deception given by Professor Shahak concerns the etymology of the Yiddish word for a Gentile girl, shiksa. He cites the popular English-language book "The Joys of Yiddish" (New York, 1968), by Leo Rosten, which tells its readers that shiksa comes from the Hebrew word sheqetz, meaning "blemish". Writes Shahak, "This is a barefaced lie, as every speaker of Hebrew knows. The Megiddo Modern Hebrew-English Dictionary, published in Israel, correctly defines sheqetz as follows: 'unclean animal; loathsome creature, abomination...' "

Professor Shahak writes with passion. He evidently feels that liberating Jews everywhere from the shackles of their misanthropic superstitions and freeing Israeli state policy in particular from the stifling influence of Judaism is a matter of some urgency. He focuses our attention especially on the inherent hatefulness of Judaism with citations from a number of Jewish religious writings.

In a chapter titled "The Laws against Non-Jews," he writes:

"...[T]he Halakhah, that is the legal system of classical Judaism -- as practiced by practically all Jews from the 9th century to the end of the 18th and as maintained to this very day in the form of Orthodox Judaism -- is based primarily on the Babylonian Talmud. However, because of the unwieldy complexity of the legal disputations recorded in the Talmud, more manageable codifications of talmudic law became necessary ... The most authoritative code, widely used to date as a handbook, is the Shulhan 'Arukh..."

He then cites the teaching of this code regarding homicide:

"According to the Jewish religion, the murder of a Jew is a capital offense and one of the three most heinous sins (the other two being idolatry and adultery). Jewish religious courts and secular authorities are commanded to punish, even beyond the limits of the ordinary administration of justice, anyone guilty of murdering a Jew ... When the victim is a Gentile, the position is quite different. A Jew who murders a Gentile is guilty only of a sin against the laws of Heaven, not punishable by a court. To cause indirectly the death of a Gentile is no sin at all.

"Thus, one of the two most important commentators on the Shulhan 'Arukh explains that when it comes to a Gentile, "one must not lift one's hand to harm him, but one may harm him indirectly, for instance by removing a ladder after he had fallen into a crevice ... there is no prohibition here, because it was not done directly." ...

"A Gentile murderer who happens to be under Jewish jurisdiction must be executed whether the victim was Jewish or not. However, if the victim was Gentile and the murderer converts to Judaism, he is not punished."

Then Shahak gives us a rabbi's answer to an Israeli soldier who has asked whether or not it is proper to kill Arab women and children. In his answer the rabbi quotes from the Talmud: "The best of the Gentiles -- kill him; the best of snakes -- dash out its brains."

Perhaps even more offensive are the Jewish beliefs on sexual matters. Shahak writes:

"Sexual intercourse between a married Jewish woman and any man other than her husband is a capital offense for both parties, and one of the three most heinous sins. The status of Gentile women is very different. The Halakhah presumes all Gentiles to be utterly promiscuous and the verse "whose flesh is as the flesh of asses, and whose issue [of semen] is like the issue of horses" is applied to them... Therefore, the concept of adultery does not apply to intercourse between a Jewish man and a Gentile woman; rather the Talmud equates such intercourse to the sin of bestiality...

"According to the Talmudic Encyclopedia: "He who has carnal knowledge of the wife of a Gentile is not liable to the death penalty, for it is written: 'thy fellow's wife' rather than the alien's wife ... and although a married Gentile woman is forbidden to the Gentiles, in any case a Jew is exempted."

"This does not imply that sexual intercourse between a Jewish man and a Gentile woman is permitted -- quite the contrary. But the main punishment is inflicted on the Gentile woman; she must be executed, even if she was raped by the Jew: "If a Jew has coitus with a Gentile woman, whether she be a child of three or an adult, whether married or unmarried, and even if he is a minor aged only nine years and one day -- because he had willful coitus with her she must be killed, as is the case with a beast, because through her a Jew got into trouble.""

The Talmud's overriding concern with matters of money and property mirror that of the Jews, and Professor Shahak offers a number of hair-splitting examples of Jewish beliefs on the subject and the way in which distinctions are made between the property of Jews and Gentiles, and between Jewish dealings with another Jew and with a Gentile. Two of these examples will suffice here:

"If a Jew finds property whose probable owner is Jewish, the finder is strictly enjoined to make a positive effort to return his find by advertising it publicly. In contrast, the Talmud and all the early rabbinical authorities not only allow a Jewish finder to appropriate an article lost by a Gentile, but actually forbid him or her to return it...

"It is forbidden to defraud a Jew by selling or buying at an unreasonable price. However, "Fraud does not apply to Gentiles, for it is written: 'Do not defraud each man his brother'...""

Shahak points out that "the Halakhah interprets all such idioms [as 'each man his brother' or 'neighbor'] as referring exclusively to one's fellow Jew."

How have the Jews managed to keep teachings of this sort concealed from the Gentiles among whom they live? The truth of the matter is that they have not always been able to do so. Luther was not the only Christian scholar who learned Hebrew, peered into the Talmud, and was horrified by what he saw. Sometimes the Jews were able to bribe the Christian authorities to overlook such things, but throughout the later Middle Ages there were prohibitions and burnings of talmudic literature by outraged popes and bishops. The Jews developed a clever system of double bookkeeping to circumvent such "persecution". They modified or deleted the offending passages from new editions of the Talmud, and they made up a separate compendium -- Talmudic Omissions, or in Hebrew Hesronot Shas -- which circulated surreptitiously among the rabbis. In Israel today, feeling cocky enough to dispense with most such deceptions, the Jews are putting the passages which formerly had been omitted or modified back into the latest editions of the Talmud or the Shulhan 'Arukh in their original form. They are still careful with translations into Gentile tongues, however. Professor Shahak gives an example:

"In 1962 a part of the Maimonidean Code ... the so-called Book of Knowledge, which contains the most basic rules of Jewish faith and practice, was published in Jerusalem in a bilingual edition, with the English translation facing the Hebrew text. The latter has been restored to its original purity, and the command to exterminate Jewish infidels appears in it in full: "It is a duty to exterminate them with one's own hands." In the English translation this is somewhat softened to: "It is a duty to take active measures to destroy them." But then the Hebrew text goes on to specify the prime examples of "infidels"who must be exterminated: "Such as Jesus of Nazareth and his pupils, and Tzadoqand Baitos [the founders of the Sadducean sect] and their pupils, may the name of the wicked rot." Not one word of this appears in the English text on the facing page (78a). And, even more significant, in spite of the wide circulation of this book among scholars in the English-speaking countries, not one of them has, as far as I know, protested against this glaring deception."

Shahak’s childhood was spent in Nazified Poland, the Warsaw Ghetto and Bergen-Belsen concentration camp; at the end of the war he was the only male left in his family. He reached Palestine before statehood, in 1945. In 1956 he heard David Ben-Gurion make a demagogic speech about the Anglo-French-Israeli attack on Egypt, referring to this dirty war as a campaign for “the kingdom of David and Solomon”. That instilled in him the germinal feelings of opposition. By the end of his life, he had produced a scholarly body of work that showed the indissoluble connection between messianic delusions and racial and political ones. He had also, during his chairmanship of the Israeli League for Human and Civil Rights, set a personal example that would be very difficult to emulate.

He had no heroes and no dogmas and no party allegiances. If he admitted to any intellectual model, it would have been Spinoza. For Shahak, the liberation of the Jewish people was an aspect of the Enlightenment, and involved their own self-emancipation from ghetto life and from clerical control, no less than from ancient “Gentile” prejudice. It therefore naturally ensued that Jews should never traffic in superstitions or racial myths; they stood to lose the most from the toleration of such rubbish. And it went almost without saying that there could be no defensible Jewish excuse for denying the human rights of others. He was a brilliant and devoted student of the archeology of Jerusalem and Palestine: I would give anything for a videotape of the conducted tours of the city that he gave me, and of the confrontation in which he vanquished one of the propagandist guides on the heights of Masada. For him, the built and the written record made it plain that Palestine had never been the exclusive possession of any one people, let alone any one “faith”.

Only the other day, I read some sanguinary proclamation from the rabbinical commander of the Shas party, Ovadia Yosef, himself much sought after by both Ehud Barak and Ariel Sharon. It was a vulgar demand for the holy extermination of non-Jews; the vilest effusions of Hamas and Islamic Jihad would have been hard-pressed to match it. The man wants a dictatorial theocracy for Jews and helotry or expulsion for the Palestinians, and he sees (as Shahak did in reverse) the connection. This is not a detail; Yosef’s government receives an enormous US subsidy, and his intended victims live (and die, every day) under a Pax Americana. Men like Shahak, who force us to face these reponsibilities, are naturally rare. He was never interviewed by the New York Times, and its obituary pages have let pass the death of a great and serious man.

I thank you most kindly for your considered and edifying reply, following that of State Attorney Frau Niesen, in regard to a polite theological question I asked the ZJD (Central Council of Jews in Germany) some months ago, and for this I am most appreciative.

However, I still take umbrage at the ZJD’s claim that my question was motivated by “Volksverhetzung” -- “Incitement of the masses (ostensibly against other races or ethnic groups)” -- and I ask myself why they have not apologised to me.

I know that you are sufficiently conversant with these matters, but I still feel impelled to set the record straight. I simply posited an enquiry regarding biblical interpretation and mentioned a number of genealogical facts that are permissible to utter, even in Germany. The well-known truism that the six million number is based on a Kabbalistic numerological interpretation of Leviticus, Chapter 25, Verse 10 was confirmed and established by learned Rabbis throughout the centuries, including Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon (Maimonides) and, most recently, by the religious Israel historian and Haaretz journalist Tom Segev.

“And thou shalt sanctify the fiftieth year, and shalt proclaim remission to all the inhabitants of thy land: for it is the year of jubilee. Every man shall return to his possession, and every one shall go back to his former family.” -- Lev. 25:10

Please note that the Hebrew rendition is not accurately transcribed in European translations, nor is it is published as such in the form given in the Torah of the laity and would rarely be written as such even in the Priestly Torah. Other renditions can be found in various versions of the Remez and the Sod, both works of which deal with hidden and esoteric meanings. However, notice the markings above and below each letter.

To the casual reader who does not understand Hebrew beyond its fundamentals, or the way in which reversals and simple annotations by Rabbis on just one single letter can change the entire structure and meaning of a sentence, this verse in the Remez or Sod makes very little sense. However, the symbolic calibration of this line in many Kabbalistic versions of the Torah written in Hebrew does in fact change the entire sense of the sentence to one that states: “The return to the land will not occur until the Lord has been offered a holocaust [burnt offering] of six million”. (The wording differs in some versions of the Remez and Sod, although not in the Midrash.) It is, of course a contrivance by deft of hand.

Every Jew who has had an intensive education in the Torah, Talmud and Kabbalah knows this. My Jewish friends at school knew this. My religious teacher knew this (and, by the way, I was top of my class in Religious Instruction). However, neither Frau Knobloch nor Herr Kramer of the ZJD seem to be in any way aware of this well-known theological fact, which concerns me deeply because, being Jews, they should be in a position to know. Why didn’t they simply write to me and say, “Sorry, Mike. We just have no idea. Why not teach us?”

When I humbly ask someone a straightforward question, I do not expect him or her to call out the National Guard and convene a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. I simply expect a reply. That is the English way; and contempt for my English education, English cultural mores, English sceptical empiricism, and English sense of fair play is something that can be construed as a form of racism. Perhaps Frau Knobloch and Herr Kramer bear some kind of animosity toward English people. What other reason could there be?

To have originally accused me of the same (incitement toward hatred of a particular race or ethnic group) appears to be premised on their belief that I despise every member of their race, the Kazaks.

Not only is this not true on the face of it -- I have friends from all ethnic and racial commonalities -- it is intellectually impossible to hate an entire race or ethnic group. The concept of “group hatred” does not exist in traditional western jurisprudence, which has always sought remedies for violation of personal rights by treating plaintiffs and defendants as individuals. In most pre-EU nations (and still today in the United States) this was the basis of tort (civil) and non-tort (private) law. (I was also second in my class in Law, by the way).

The reason for this was, sensibly, quite simple. It is philosophically and psychologically impossible for a human being to hate an entire kindred. One may be given to articulate such sentiments, whether jokingly, in a moment of peer-group camaraderie, or as a generalisation intended to make a simple point, but the human psyche is so neurologically configured that it can only hold feelings of detestation against an individual, and, even here, not against the individual as a whole, but only an aspect or a trait of that individual’s personality. This was ably demonstrated by the psychologist Wilhelm Reich, famous for his prize-winning study “The Mass Psychology of Fascism”. No modern psychologist would ever testify that it is within the scope of the human psyche to bear unremittingly the emotional burden of hatred for an entire race.

It is quite common these days to hear people say, “I hate Turks,” yet most, if not all, of them have Turkish friends and dine with them in Turkish cafes. I, for instance, dislike fruit, vegetables and grains because I have a digestive intolerance to cellulose, lactose and gluten, but I love strawberries, which I can eat on occasion. Therefore, it cannot really be said that I ‘hate’ all fruit, and I am certainly not given to verbally insulting apples and oranges or physically abusing cartons of milk whenever I visit the supermarket.

The concept of Volksverhetzung was introduced into Soviet law by Lenin in the early stages of the Bolshevik-Zionist revolution owing to widespread resentment among the Russian people of the large number of Zionist-Jews who ran the Politburo and headed the dreaded secret police, the Cheka. It is therefore born of a communist mindset and is completely alien to the idea of a modern “Rechtsstaat” (a state governed by the Rule of Law). I was also the top of my class in history, incidentally.

Laws against ‘incitement and group or race hatred’ are therefore laws premised on the Bolshevik organisation of the state on the basis of a hive mentality and have no place in a modern, liberal democracy, or even our current "Scheindemokratie" (illusory democracy).

These laws, as you know, were designed to reinforce a particular narrative which requires the support of statutes (statutorily enforced history), which must be seen in the perspective of solicitation to perjury for those born after these events were reported to have taken place.

No policeman would ever ask someone born in 1959 to stand in the dock before a judge and swear on the Bible that he had witnessed a crime that allegedly took place twenty years before he was born. Such a policemen would surely find himself charged with corruption and the witness would be incarcerated for perjury.

Indeed, anyone who forces another person to affirm an alleged crime he has not personally witnessed is guilty of incitement to bear false witness, which is a felonious violation of both German law, the law of Moses and the Law of God Almighty, Jesus Christ. One of my earliest memories was as a child watching the ceremonial funeral of the war criminal Winston Churchill on black and white television. I’m almost sure I can say that he did indeed live and die, but I cannot prove it, for I never met the man, nor did I attend his last rites at his bedside. In my mind he is simply a story, a picture book narrative of a man who played (or may have played) a role in the affairs of the world. I’m inclined to believe that Churchill existed because the laws of cause and effect indicate that he is one of the many dots that connect us to our present time.

I was born on 20 December 1959, but probably only became intellectually aware of the world around me in a way I could commit to memory and analytical comprehension at some point between 1961 and 1962. Therefore, everything that “happened” in the world before 1962 is not true for me. It didn’t “happen”. It represents nothing more than second-hand or third-party information transmitted by other people whom I am told to “trust” or by the electronic media, history books and newspapers fashioned by those who may sometimes try to be objective, but either make mistakes or are subject to controllers whose aim is to propagate a slanted version of reported “events”.

However, I can prove that I was the 1973 and 1974 champion in the 800 and 1600-metre inter-school South Fylde Olympics, because I was a witness to my own victory, have personal experiential memories of the event and the gold medals to prove it. It may not be true for you and you don’t have to believe me (I won’t sue you or send you to prison), but I was there, crossed the line and wrote an additional line in my own personal history book.

Ever since the dawn of Sumerian civilisation, history books have been re-written countless times to include new information or exclude details that were proven false and based on fantastically colourful myths. My Grammar School history teacher was an honorary professor of Oxford University who taught me that, in contrast to mathematics, history is a ‘moveable feast’, meaning that it is always subject to review depending upon the emergence of new data that comes to light. History is a work in progress, and it is a book that will remain eternally under the editor’s lamp.

We now know that Christopher Columbus was not the first European to set foot on North American soil. We know that William Wallace never personally met Robert the Bruce. We now know, by the CIA’s own recent admission, that the ‘Bay of Tonkin’ incident never happened. We now know that Marie Antoinette was falsely attributed by Rousseau to have said, “Let them eat cake.” She never said it.

We now know that Sir Walter Raleigh did not introduce potatoes to England (they originated in Italy). We now know that Nero did not play the fiddle as Rome burned, for the fiddle was invented 1,600 years later. We now know that the Dutchman Abel Tasman discovered Australia, not Captain Cook. We now know that America gained her independence on 3 September 1783, not on 4 July 1776. We now know that Peyton Randolph was the first president of the United States, not George Washington. We now know that the ancient Gaels of Ireland developed Sanskrit and a prototype of the Hebrew language.

We now know, thanks to DNA scientists, that the Palestinians were the original Children of Israel and never left the Land of their Fathers. We now know that, for all but a minority of the Palestinian Sephardim, the “Diaspora” is largely a myth created by a people who originated north of Kazakhstan, converted to Judaism centuries later and then migrated to Eastern Europe.

We now know that the world is not flat.

Why do we now know all these things? Because men and women asked questions. Incredible, isn’t it?

In England, children are taught: Believe nothing you hear, only half of what you read and question everything. This is life-saving, good old fashioned British advice, and I observe it daily. It is an integral part of my cultural upbringing and is as essential to my being as the very heart that pumps blood through my veins.

To recapitulate: No matter what “happened” before the development of my intellectual facilities in 1962, it didn’t happen. The “world” for me did not exist before 20 December 1959, and it did not become “real” to me until some point in 1962. From my perspective, all events prior to 1962 do not constitute history, simply stories told to me by strangers with unknown motives. Novels and poetry. A fantasy matrix of moving pictures and scripted political drama. The Twilight Zone of a world in which video killed the radio star. Bubbles in my bathtub.

In a society where intellectual and historical enquiry is punishable by law, it cannot be said that we are living in either a democracy or a Rechtsstaat. It is a selective oligarchy that ring-fences individuals into preferential and non-preferential groups by means of social engineering and is therefore, as was the case with the USSR and other Bolshevik regimes, a dysfunctional administrative entity that will eventually implode under the pressure of its own internal contradictions.

I understand that jurists are under enormous pressure to square this impossible circle so that it does not become known that the European Union, by virtue of every treaty signed by the unconstitutional BRD, is an illegal political construct. Sadly, although you have rejected the Jews' charges against me and left me free to explore this beautiful country at will, I am now giving some thought to leaving Germany once I can afford resettlement outside of the European Soviet Union because I cannot live in a state that tells me what I can and cannot think and say, for such prohibitions actually make me feel physically sick to the bottom of my stomach.

You cannot imagine how sad this makes me feel, for I truly love this country and the German people, all of whom have been betrayed by oafishly incompetent, self-serving politicians who should be stacking shelves in supermarkets and greedy, money-grubbing lobbyists in Berlin.

It also angers and grieves me that the ZJD, in common with the Israeli government and their other sister agencies, have refused to meet the donation for personal damages amounting to 10,000 euros to the Rachel Corrie Fund. I encourage you to learn more about this heroic, beautiful and intelligent young American woman, whose life was wilfully and maliciously crushed out of her by an Israeli bulldozer as she attempted to prevent the destruction of the homes and lives of Palestinian farmers (the genetic descendants of the Children of Israel).
