Letter From Members Of Congress (with added translation)

Letter from members of Congress

Dear Secretary Clinton:

We are writing to reaffirm our commitment to the unbreakable bond that exists between our country and the State of Israel and to express to you our deep concern over recent tension. In every important relationship, there will be occasional misunderstandings and conflicts.
(We are setting up our kneepads - I hope that there's some nice, hard, veiny schvantze coming our way...)
The announcement during Vice President Biden's visit was, as Israel's Prime Minister said in an apology to the United States, "a regrettable incident that was done in all innocence and was hurtful, and which certainly should not have occurred." We are reassured that Prime Minister Netanyahu's commitment to put in place new procedures will ensure that such surprises, however unintended, will not recur.
(Thanks for the bitch-slapping you gave Joe - he needed some discipline..."all we have to offer is broken glass")
The United States and Israel are close allies whose people share a deep and abiding friendship based on a shared commitment to core values including democracy, human rights and freedom of the press and religion. Our two countries are partners in the fight against terrorism and share an important strategic relationship.
(One for you, one for me...two for you, one, two for me...)
A strong Israel is an asset to the national security of the United States and brings stability to the Middle East. We are concerned that the highly publicized tensions in the relationship will not advance the interests the U.S. and Israel share. Above all, we must remain focused on the threat posed by the Iranian nuclear weapons program to Middle East peace and stability.

(What the hell is your frickin' problem? Shut your quisling mouths! Remember, those people are your problem...)

From the moment of Israel's creation, successive U.S. administrations have appreciated the special bond between the U.S. and Israel.
(From the moment of Israel's creation, successive whores have bellied up to the trough and bared their sphincters for a song...and they paid for it all! This is like going to New York Dolls and getting comped funny money for the full bang session! What a deal! (Let me state that I haven't any knowledge of any such things going on at New York Dolls - but one can hope.))

For decades, strong, bipartisan Congressional support for Israel, including security assistance and other important measures, have been eloquent testimony to our commitment to Israel's security, which remains unswerving.
(Don't twitch so much - I can't get balls deep if you keep doing that!)
It is the very strength of this relationship that has, in fact, made Arab-Israeli peace agreements possible, both because it convinced those who sought Israel's destruction to abandon any such hope and because it gave successive Israeli governments the confidence to take calculated risks for peace.
(We're gonna keep repeating that lie of "those people" seeking Israel's destruction like a retarded mantra - and how do you like the joke of "calculated risks for peace", while we use infants to detect mines? Hahahahahaha! Dumb Goyim!)

In its declaration of independence 62 years ago, Israel declared: "We extend our hand to all neighboring states and their peoples in an offer of peace and good neighborliness, and appeal to them to establish bonds of cooperation and mutual help with the sovereign Jewish people settled in its own land."
(What's in the other hand I'm holding behind my back? Oh, don't concern your little brain with all that bother...oh, he's a strong young boy...he has a PhD? He'll make a fine ditchdigger...)
In the decades since, despite constantly having to defend itself from attack, Israel has repeatedly made good on that pledge by offering to undertake painful risks to reach peace with its neighbors.
(Despite us attacking each and every nation in our vicinity, and committing false-flags like a fat guy fills his plate at an all-you-can-eat buffet, you should understand that all we want is peace - a piece of Iran, a piece of Afghanistan, a piece of Egypt, etc...)

Our valuable bilateral relationship with Israel needs and deserves constant reinforcement.
(Deeper, please - I can still breathe - where's Ron Jeremy with the baker's dozen when you need him?)
As the Vice-President said during his recent visit to Israel: "Progress occurs in the Middle East when everyone knows there is simply no space between the U.S. and Israel when it comes to security, none. No space."

(Especially in my tuchis - but here...try some AstroGlide - I'm sure you can fit a couple more inches in there...ahhhh...)
Steadfast American backing has helped lead to Israeli peace treaties with Egypt and Jordan. And American involvement continues to be critical to the effort to achieve peace between Israel and the Palestinians.
(Hey, c'mon - somebody's kids need to chew the big one - why should they be ours?)

We recognize that, despite the extraordinary closeness between our country and Israel, there will be differences over issues both large and small.
(We're gonna keep ramming it home, so just bend over and get used to it.)

Our view is that such differences are best resolved quietly, in trust and confidence, as befits longstanding strategic allies. We hope and expect that, with mutual effort and good faith, the United States and Israel will move beyond this disruption quickly, to the lasting benefit of both nations.

(We're gonna keep stealing land and building new settlements, so let's not hear any more about it.)

We believe, as President Obama said, that "Israel's security is paramount" in our Middle East policy and that "it is in U.S. national security interests to assure that Israel's security as an independent Jewish state is maintained."
(Didn't we write that load of tripe for that uppity mulatto? I guess it's time to release the info nailing members of the U.S. Government who let the events of September 11th, 2001, occur - who'd would've believed that the American public would buy that load of bull nuggets about a CIA asset returning to his Muslim roots and planning the most amazing feat in circumventing the entire gamut of intelligence agencies in the U.S. and committing the largest false-flag attack ever performed in the U.S.?)

In that spirit, we look forward to working with you to achieve the common objectives of the U.S. and Israel, especially regional security and peace.
(N.S.T.C.!)

Sincerely,

STENY HOYER ERIC CANTOR

The LOBBY's 1962 Blueprint for Taking over America - Goon Squad

Greg Bacon put out a great posting...this is in answer to those who would call my compatriots and myself some silly names like "anti-Semites" or the like.

I don't believe that it's "anti-Semitic" to point out scumbaggery when I see it - and this posting is the height of scumbaggery. - The Lobby's 1962 Blueprint To Taking Over America.

I also implore you to read this post at Vineyard Of The Saker - Dr. Alan Sabrosky's Interview with Mark Glenn of The Ugly Truth.

The Israeli MOSSAD Spy Ring

Found a great link today - Israeli MOSSAD Spy Ring.

Dear readers...the main objective of this blog is to assist in uncovering the events of September 11th, 2001; of course, that doesn't mean that other instances of scumbaggery are ignored - the current scumbaggery in Palestine/Israel is discussed here; ClimateGate is discussed here; financial malfeasance is discussed here; scumbags like Bernard Kerik, Rudolph Giuliani, etc., are discussed here.

Here's the thing...if you were able to view Carl Cameron's Orwellized report, you will notice a curious statement: "Evidence linking these Israelis to 9/11 is classified. I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. It's classified information." Note the wording - the evidence is "classified"...not "non-existent", but CLASSIFIED.

Think about that...and get back to me.

The Joe Stack Letter (Please Archive Locally)

This is the document left by the individual who crashed an aircraft into the IRS offices in Austin, Texas. It seems that attempts to malign the author of the following document are failing, and the obvious next step would be to have said document removed from the internet.

So...copy this document; print out copies of this document; disseminate this document; but most of all, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE SENTIMENT INHERENT IN THIS DOCUMENT.

We need to take our country back from those who would relegate us to being no more than serfs, fighting each other for mudcakes. What you see occurring in Haiti can and should be viewed as a precursor for what can and will happen here in the United States of America...unless you put down that remote control, stop drinking that beer, and TAKE BACK OUR BLOODY COUNTRY from those who would destroy the middle class and turn our country into what you saw in 2005 in New Orleans and what you are seeing now in Haiti.
If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?” The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was “no taxation without representation”. I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal is promptly labeled a “crackpot”, traitor and worse.

While very few working people would say they haven’t had their fair share of taxes (as can I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested in me or anything I have to say.

Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours? Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country’s leaders don’t see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies. Yet, the political “representatives” (thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the “terrible health care problem”. It’s clear they see no crisis as long as the dead people don’t get in the way of their corporate profits rolling in.

And justice? You’ve got to be kidding!

How can any rational individual explain that white elephant conundrum in the middle of our tax system and, indeed, our entire legal system? Here we have a system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly “holds accountable” its victims, claiming that they’re responsible for fully complying with laws not even the experts understand. The law “requires” a signature on the bottom of a tax filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are signing; if that’s not “duress” than what is. If this is not the measure of a totalitarian regime, nothing is.

How did I get here?

My introduction to the real American nightmare starts back in the early ‘80s. Unfortunately after more than 16 years of school, somewhere along the line I picked up the absurd, pompous notion that I could read and understand plain English. Some friends introduced me to a group of people who were having ‘tax code’ readings and discussions. In particular, zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful “exemptions” that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy. We carefully studied the law (with the help of some of the “best”, high-paid, experienced tax lawyers in the business), and then began to do exactly what the “big boys” were doing (except that we weren’t steeling from our congregation or lying to the government about our massive profits in the name of God). We took a great deal of care to make it all visible, following all of the rules, exactly the way the law said it was to be done.

The intent of this exercise and our efforts was to bring about a much-needed re-evaluation of the laws that allow the monsters of organized religion to make such a mockery of people who earn an honest living. However, this is where I learned that there are two “interpretations” for every law; one for the very rich, and one for the rest of us… Oh, and the monsters are the very ones making and enforcing the laws; the inquisition is still alive and well today in this country.

That little lesson in patriotism cost me $40,000+, 10 years of my life, and set my retirement plans back to 0. It made me realize for the first time that I live in a country with an ideology that is based on a total and complete lie. It also made me realize, not only how naive I had been, but also the incredible stupidity of the American public; that they buy, hook, line, and sinker, the crap about their “freedom”… and that they continue to do so with eyes closed in the face of overwhelming evidence and all that keeps happening in front of them.

Before even having to make a shaky recovery from the sting of the first lesson on what justice really means in this country (around 1984 after making my way through engineering school and still another five years of “paying my dues”), I felt I finally had to take a chance of launching my dream of becoming an independent engineer.

On the subjects of engineers and dreams of independence, I should digress somewhat to say that I’m sure that I inherited the fascination for creative problem solving from my father. I realized this at a very young age.

The significance of independence, however, came much later during my early years of college; at the age of 18 or 19 when I was living on my own as student in an apartment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. My neighbor was an elderly retired woman (80+ seemed ancient to me at that age) who was the widowed wife of a retired steel worker. Her husband had worked all his life in the steel mills of central Pennsylvania with promises from big business and the union that, for his 30 years of service, he would have a pension and medical care to look forward to in his retirement. Instead he was one of the thousands who got nothing because the incompetent mill management and corrupt union (not to mention the government) raided their pension funds and stole their retirement. All she had was social security to live on.

In retrospect, the situation was laughable because here I was living on peanut butter and bread (or Ritz crackers when I could afford to splurge) for months at a time. When I got to know this poor figure and heard her story I felt worse for her plight than for my own (I, after all, I thought I had everything to in front of me). I was genuinely appalled at one point, as we exchanged stories and commiserated with each other over our situations, when she in her grandmotherly fashion tried to convince me that I would be “healthier” eating cat food (like her) rather than trying to get all my substance from peanut butter and bread. I couldn’t quite go there, but the impression was made. I decided that I didn’t trust big business to take care of me, and that I would take responsibility for my own future and myself.

Return to the early ‘80s, and here I was off to a terrifying start as a ‘wet-behind-the-ears’ contract software engineer... and two years later, thanks to the fine backroom, midnight effort by the sleazy executives of Arthur Andersen (the very same folks who later brought us Enron and other such calamities) and an equally sleazy New York Senator (Patrick Moynihan), we saw the passage of 1986 tax reform act with its section 1706.

For you who are unfamiliar, here is the core text of the IRS Section 1706, defining the treatment of workers (such as contract engineers) for tax purposes. Visit this link for a conference committee report (http://www.synergistech.com/1706.shtml#ConferenceCommitteeReport) regarding the intended interpretation of Section 1706 and the relevant parts of Section 530, as amended. For information on how these laws affect technical services workers and their clients, read our discussion here (http://www.synergistech.com/ic-taxlaw.shtml).

SEC. 1706. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN TECHNICAL PERSONNEL.

(a) IN GENERAL - Section 530 of the Revenue Act of 1978 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection:

(d) EXCEPTION. - This section shall not apply in the case of an individual who pursuant to an arrangement between the taxpayer and another person, provides services for such other person as an engineer, designer, drafter, computer programmer, systems analyst, or other similarly skilled worker engaged in a similar line of work.

(b) EFFECTIVE DATE. - The amendment made by this section shall apply to remuneration paid and services rendered after December 31, 1986.

Note:

· "another person" is the client in the traditional job-shop relationship.

· "taxpayer" is the recruiter, broker, agency, or job shop.

· "individual", "employee", or "worker" is you.

Admittedly, you need to read the treatment to understand what it is saying but it’s not very complicated. The bottom line is that they may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover, they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and directly declared me a criminal and non-citizen slave. Twenty years later, I still can’t believe my eyes.

During 1987, I spent close to $5000 of my ‘pocket change’, and at least 1000 hours of my time writing, printing, and mailing to any senator, congressman, governor, or slug that might listen; none did, and they universally treated me as if I was wasting their time. I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity. This, only to discover that our efforts were being easily derailed by a few moles from the brokers who were just beginning to enjoy the windfall from the new declaration of their “freedom”. Oh, and don’t forget, for all of the time I was spending on this, I was loosing income that I couldn’t bill clients.

After months of struggling it had clearly gotten to be a futile exercise. The best we could get for all of our trouble is a pronouncement from an IRS mouthpiece that they weren’t going to enforce that provision (read harass engineers and scientists). This immediately proved to be a lie, and the mere existence of the regulation began to have its impact on my bottom line; this, of course, was the intended effect.

Again, rewind my retirement plans back to 0 and shift them into idle. If I had any sense, I clearly should have left abandoned engineering and never looked back.

Instead I got busy working 100-hour workweeks. Then came the L.A. depression of the early 1990s. Our leaders decided that they didn’t need the all of those extra Air Force bases they had in Southern California, so they were closed; just like that. The result was economic devastation in the region that rivaled the widely publicized Texas S&L fiasco. However, because the government caused it, no one gave a shit about all of the young families who lost their homes or street after street of boarded up houses abandoned to the wealthy loan companies who received government funds to “shore up” their windfall. Again, I lost my retirement.

Years later, after weathering a divorce and the constant struggle trying to build some momentum with my business, I find myself once again beginning to finally pick up some speed. Then came the ".COM" bust and the 9/11 nightmare. Our leaders decided that all aircraft were grounded for what seemed like an eternity; and long after that, ‘special’ facilities like San Francisco were on security alert for months. This made access to my customers prohibitively expensive. Ironically, after what they had done the Government came to the aid of the airlines with billions of our tax dollars … as usual they left me to rot and die while they bailed out their rich, incompetent cronies WITH MY MONEY! After these events, there went my business but not quite yet all of my retirement and savings.

By this time, I’m thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I’ll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I’ve never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages… and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn’t give a fuck about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.

To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

So now we come to the present. After my experience with the CPA world, following the business crash I swore that I’d never enter another accountant’s office again. But here I am with a new marriage and a boatload of undocumented income, not to mention an expensive new business asset, a piano, which I had no idea how to handle. After considerable thought I decided that it would be irresponsible NOT to get professional help; a very big mistake.

When we received the forms back I was very optimistic that they were in order. I had taken all of the years information to Bill Ross, and he came back with results very similar to what I was expecting. Except that he had neglected to include the contents of Sheryl’s unreported income; $12,700 worth of it. To make matters worse, Ross knew all along this was missing and I didn’t have a clue until he pointed it out in the middle of the audit. By that time it had become brutally evident that he was representing himself and not me.

This left me stuck in the middle of this disaster trying to defend transactions that have no relationship to anything tax-related (at least the tax-related transactions were poorly documented). Things I never knew anything about and things my wife had no clue would ever matter to anyone. The end result is… well, just look around.

I remember reading about the stock market crash before the “great” depression and how there were wealthy bankers and businessmen jumping out of windows when they realized they screwed up and lost everything. Isn’t it ironic how far we’ve come in 60 years in this country that they now know how to fix that little economic problem; they just steal from the middle class (who doesn’t have any say in it, elections are a joke) to cover their asses and it’s “business-as-usual”. Now when the wealthy fuck up, the poor get to die for the mistakes… isn’t that a clever, tidy solution.

As government agencies go, the FAA is often justifiably referred to as a tombstone agency, though they are hardly alone. The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism rings equally true for all of the government. Nothing changes unless there is a body count (unless it is in the interest of the wealthy sows at the government trough). In a government full of hypocrites from top to bottom, life is as cheap as their lies and their self-serving laws.

I know I’m hardly the first one to decide I have had all I can stand. It has always been a myth that people have stopped dying for their freedom in this country, and it isn’t limited to the blacks, and poor immigrants. I know there have been countless before me and there are sure to be as many after. But I also know that by not adding my body to the count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at “big brother” while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won’t continue; I have just had enough.

I can only hope that the numbers quickly get too big to be white washed and ignored that the American zombies wake up and revolt; it will take nothing less. I would only hope that by striking a nerve that stimulates the inevitable double standard, knee-jerk government reaction that results in more stupid draconian restrictions people wake up and begin to see the pompous political thugs and their mindless minions for what they are. Sadly, though I spent my entire life trying to believe it wasn’t so, but violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer. The cruel joke is that the really big chunks of shit at the top have known this all along and have been laughing, at and using this awareness against, fools like me all along.

I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.

Just a couple of observations - I was listening to 1010WINS this morning, and they tried two methods of disinformation; the first being an attempt at discrediting the message by having a bystander comment that the letter wasn't real because the FBI shut down the website. So...let's counter this with the message from the webmaster:
This website has been taken offline due to the sensitive nature of the events that transpired in Texas. Although the customer exceeded their bandwidth limits earlier today, due to numerous requests, we have added credit to this account to keep this site live for informational purposes. Okay...so that didn't pan out...let's try a second tack - let's just lump this attack in with, oh, let's say, Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City...that'll discredit the actual verbiage in the document.

Except, you idiots forgot...this guy was no terrorist...he was no wackjob...he was an American. You can expect that the cat has been let out of the bag.

Kerik's In The Can

Hey, Bernie - don't drop the soap!

Kerik Is Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison in Corruption Case
By SAM DOLNICK

WHITE PLAINS — Bernard B. Kerik, a former New York police commissioner who rose to national prominence, was sentenced to four years in prison on Thursday after pleading guilty to eight felony charges, including tax fraud and lying to White House officials.

The sentencing was the end of a legal saga in which federal prosecutors denounced Mr. Kerik, a former detective who rose to the upper echelons of power, as a corrupt official who sought to trade his authority for lavish perks.

Under the terms of a plea agreement reached in November on the eve of his trial, the prosecution and the defense recommended that Judge Stephen C. Robinson sentence Mr. Kerik to 27 to 33 months in prison. But the judge departed from the sentencing recommendations, giving Mr. Kerik a longer sentence.

Mr. Kerik has awaited sentencing under strict house arrest at his home in Franklin Lakes, N.J.

Mr. Kerik’s prison sentence is set to begin immediately. It follows a fall from a rarefied perch where he wielded power with a signature mix of brash confidence and tough-guy charm.

He was a close ally of former Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, whom he served as a bodyguard and driver. Mr. Giuliani then tapped him for a senior position in the Correction Department, and he went on to become the agency’s commissioner. As testament to his clout, Mr. Kerik had a jail named after him in downtown Manhattan. (The name has since been changed.)

Mr. Kerik later served as police commissioner, and his performance during after 9/11 attacks turned him into a national figure, earning him the respect of President George W. Bush, who nominated him to lead the Department of Homeland Security. That bid quickly collapsed in scandal, marking the beginning of the end of Mr. Kerik’s career.

The case against Mr. Kerik centered on charges that a New Jersey construction company, the Interstate Industrial Corporation, which was suspected of ties to organized crime, had paid for renovations at Mr. Kerik’s home in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. Prosecutors said company officials had hoped Mr. Kerik would help them obtain a city license.

In addition to pleading guilty to two counts of tax fraud and one count of making a false statement on a loan application, Mr. Kerik also pleaded guilty to five counts of making false statements to the federal government while being vetted for senior posts.

Prosecutors had called for Judge Robinson to make an example out of Mr. Kerik, and to punish him for his “egotism and hubris.”

Mr. Kerik’s lawyer, Michael F. Bachner, had asked the judge for leniency, citing his years of public service, and the dozens of letters of support written by family members, former colleagues in the Police Department, and even strangers who said they admired Mr. Kerik’s bravery.

Well...so much for that schmuck.

Phil Jones Eats It!

Wow! What a difference a weekend makes!

Climategate U-turn as scientist at centre of row admits: There has been no global warming since 1995

By Jonathan Petre
Last updated at 5:12 PM on 14th February 2010

* Data for vital 'hockey stick graph' has gone missing
* There has been no global warming since 1995
* Warming periods have happened before - but NOT due to man-made changes

Data: Professor Phil Jones admitted his record keeping is 'not as good as it should be'

The academic at the centre of the ‘Climategate’ affair, whose raw data is crucial to the theory of climate change, has admitted that he has trouble ‘keeping track’ of the information.

Colleagues say that the reason Professor Phil Jones has refused Freedom of Information requests is that he may have actually lost the relevant papers.

Professor Jones told the BBC yesterday there was truth in the observations of colleagues that he lacked organizational skills, that his office was swamped with piles of paper and that his record keeping is ‘not as good as it should be’.

The data is crucial to the famous ‘hockey stick graph’ used by climate change advocates to support the theory.

Professor Jones also conceded the possibility that the world was warmer in medieval times than now – suggesting global warming may not be a man-made phenomenon.

And he said that for the past 15 years there has been no ‘statistically significant’ warming.

The admissions will be seized on by skeptics as fresh evidence that there are serious flaws at the heart of the science of climate change and the orthodoxy that recent rises in temperature are largely man-made.

Professor Jones has been in the spotlight since he stepped down as director of the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit after the leaking of emails that skeptics claim show scientists were manipulating data.

The raw data, collected from hundreds of weather stations around the world and analyzed by his unit, has been used for years to bolster efforts by the United Nation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to press governments to cut carbon dioxide emissions.

Following the leak of the emails, Professor Jones has been accused of ‘scientific fraud’ for allegedly deliberately suppressing information and refusing to share vital data with critics.

Discussing the interview, the BBC’s environmental analyst Roger Harrabin said he had spoken to colleagues of Professor Jones who had told him that his strengths included integrity and doggedness but not record-keeping and office tidying.

Mr. Harrabin, who conducted the interview for the BBC’s website, said the professor had been collating tens of thousands of pieces of data from around the world to produce a coherent record of temperature change.

That material has been used to produce the ‘hockey stick graph’ which is relatively flat for centuries before rising steeply in recent decades.

According to Mr. Harrabin, colleagues of Professor Jones said ‘his office is piled high with paper, fragments from over the years, tens of thousands of pieces of paper, and they suspect what happened was he took in the raw data to a central database and then let the pieces of paper go because he never realized that 20 years later he would be held to account over them’.

Asked by Mr. Harrabin about these issues, Professor Jones admitted the lack of organization in the system had contributed to his reluctance to share data with critics, which he regretted.

But he denied he had cheated over the data or unfairly influenced the scientific process, and said he still believed recent temperature rises were predominantly man-made.

Asked about whether he lost track of data, Professor Jones said: ‘There is some truth in that. We do have a trail of where the weather stations have come from but it’s probably not as good as it should be.

‘There’s a continual updating of the dataset. Keeping track of everything is difficult. Some countries will do lots of checking on their data then issue improved data, so it can be very difficult. We have improved but we have to improve more.’

He also agreed that there had been two periods which experienced similar warming, from 1910 to 1940 and from 1975 to 1998, but said these could be explained by natural phenomena whereas more recent warming could not.

He further admitted that in the last 15 years there had been no ‘statistically significant’ warming, although he argued this was a blip rather than the long-term trend.

And he said that the debate over whether the world could have been even warmer than now during the medieval period, when there is evidence of high temperatures in northern countries, was far from settled.

Skeptics believe there is strong evidence that the world was warmer between about 800 and 1300 AD than now because of evidence of high temperatures in northern countries.

But climate change advocates have dismissed this as false or only applying to the northern part of the world.

Professor Jones departed from this consensus when he said: ‘There is much debate over whether the Medieval Warm Period was global in extent or not. The MWP is most clearly expressed in parts of North America, the North Atlantic and Europe and parts of Asia.

‘For it to be global in extent, the MWP would need to be seen clearly in more records from the tropical regions and the Southern hemisphere. There are very few paleoclimatic records for these latter two regions.

‘Of course, if the MWP was shown to be global in extent and as warm or warmer than today, then obviously the late 20th Century warmth would not be unprecedented. On the other hand, if the MWP was global, but was less warm than today, then the current warmth would be unprecedented.’

Skeptics said this was the first time a senior scientist working with the IPCC had admitted to the possibility that the Medieval Warming Period could have been global, and therefore the world could have been hotter then than now.

Professor Jones criticized those who complained he had not shared his data with them, saying they could always collate their own from publicly available material in the US. And he said the climate had not cooled ‘until recently – and then barely at all. The trend is a warming trend’.

Mr. Harrabin told Radio 4’s Today programme that, despite the controversies, there still appeared to be no fundamental flaws in the majority scientific view that climate change was largely man-made.

But Dr. Benny Peiser, director of the skeptical Global Warming Policy Foundation, said Professor Jones’s ‘excuses’ for his failure to share data were hollow as he had shared it with colleagues and ‘mates’.

He said that until all the data was released, skeptics could not test it to see if it supported the conclusions claimed by climate change advocates.

He added that the professor’s concessions over medieval warming were ‘significant’ because they were his first public admission that the science was not settled.

Okay...are you getting this, dear readers? Here's what we call a "limited hangout". Release a mea culpa in regards to some compromised portion of your platform, but insist that the foundation of your claims are still sound.

Read the comments at the page - it is incredible to see the outrage from people who now realize that the global warming proponents simply gamed the system - they controlled the "peer-review" process, rendering it to act as their "good ol' boys club", where they promoted articles in their favor and shunning articles disproving their ideology and actually threatening journals that did not conform to said ideology with boycotts and ostracism.

Time for some high sticking, boys.

John P. Costella's blog is taking off - please visit and add your commentary to the mix. Don't miss this link to Watts Up With That - Phil Jones' momentous Q&A with BBC reopens the “science is settled” issues.

Hot Air Addendum 2 - Travis Kelly

Let's beat this bunch of scumbaggery to death with its own horse...Dr. Rajendra Pachauri and his shenanigans have pretty much done the job, but why leave anything to chance? So, without further ado, dear readers, here's another gem from Travis:

The climate debate has been construed as a left vs. right issue, but there is a third rail that could be called the Libertarian center, expressed by Alex Jones, Paul Watson and other writers at propagandamatrix.com and infowars.com. They've been attacking the AGW "consensus" for years, parallel with their often groundbreaking exposés on 9/11, the fraudulent War on Terror, bankster scams, and other machinations of the "deep state." They called the recent swine flu "pandemic" overblown hysteria serving only to enrich the vaccine manufacturers (the apocalyptic imagination at work again), and it now appears they were correct -- another tempest in a teapot.

They can be relied on for the conspiratorial interpretation of almost every big public event, some more plausible than others, and this includes AGW, which they insist is a Trojan Horse for globalist plans to engineer a world government. Not that all the IPCC scientists are part of some "vast globalist conspiracy," but that the AGW agenda is being exploited for ulterior purposes, much as Mencken observed:

"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed -- and thus clamorous to be led to safety -- by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."

I dismissed their claims for a long time -- a lot of conspiratorial research will make you somewhat paranoid. But now I'm not so sure. The utopian/dystopian dream of a world government is not delusionary -- it's pretty much what H.G. Wells called an "open conspiracy," and there is quite a public record of elite bigwigs lusting for a New World Order with they and their colleagues enthroned at the top of the pyramid:

"The Council on Foreign Relations is the American branch of a society which originated in England ... [and] ... believes national boundaries should be obliterated and one-world rule established."

"... the powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences."

There does exist, and has existed for a generation, an international anglophile network which operates, to some extent, in the way the radical Right believes the communists act. In fact, this network, which we may aversion to cooperating with the Communists, or any other groups and frequently does so. I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960’s, to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies....but in general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known.
— Dr. Carroll Quigley, CFR member, college mentor of President Clinton, author of "Tragedy and Hope"

"Today America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government."

— Dr. Henry Kissinger Evian-Les-Bains, France 1991

Kissinger is referring to the prospect of a different kind of "new Pearl Harbor" -- an alien sneak attack, "real or promulgated," the necessary pretext for uniting humanity behind a global government. It may sound dotty, but Ronald Reagan, Douglas MacArthur and others are also on record making curious statements about the "alien threat," and how it could bring us all together, in the same way that nations suffering domestic conflict often launch wars against a common enemy, "real or promulgated," to distract and divert the conflict outwards. According to Steven Greer and others, a long-term plan is in the works, Project Bluebeam (http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?read=42593) -- staging a fake alien invasion using holographic-equipped satellites, electromagnetic weapons, secret anti-gravity craft (UFOs) and other tools in the black-budget arsenal of various military-industrial complexes.

This may sound dotty, but just as Project Northwoods served as an early blueprint for 9/11, the CIA and Pentagon proposed another bizarre scheme for getting rid of Castro: submarines would launch special fireworks over Cuba as covert assets spread the rumor that the Second Coming was at hand, Jesus was displeased with the Communist dictator, and so the good Cuban Catholics would be terrified into overthrowing the red Dictator. Suffice it to say the technology for perpetrating such a hoax is far more advanced than it was in the 1960s.

It's obvious that AGW well serves this agenda, without requiring a difficult-to-pull-off Hollywood spectacle of Aliens ravaging the planet. AGW is a common threat to the planet, and only a united effort by international bodies can save the day. My friend who asserts that AGW is useful for fighting corporate domination of the planet has it somewhat backwards, I believe -- all the international trade agreements so far, NAFTA and the like, have served only to run roughshod over sovereign environmental and labor laws while augmenting corporate power. Although I believe in the U.N. mission in many cases, and it needs more authority to curtail some of the environmental destruction plaguing us, I'm suspicious of the powermongers who dream of running the world. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely, and there could be no more seductive power than that of global government, and I'm certain that the megalomaniacal world bankers that Quigley speaks are rejoicing over the cap-and-trade bonanza.

Form Up, Patriots!

If you haven't yet visited Subverted Nation, I really don't know what the hell you're doing - you need to go right now.

Listen to Adam Austin and John Alan Martinson, Jr. tear the scumbags a new hole - it really doesn't get any better than that...unless we get some real numbers at Real Oath Keepers - let's give the scumbags the perpetual shits, as their lies and scumbaggery crumble about them.

ClimateGate Analysis By John P. Costella, B.E.(Elec.)(Hons.) B.Sc.(Hons.) Ph.D.(Physics) Grad.Dip.Ed.

Absolutely AWESOME.

I cannot contain my excitement upon reading this document.

The problem with the LEAKED emails (I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH...the emails were NOT "HACKED"; they were LEAKED) is that in their original form, it tends to overwhelm the lay person as "too much data"; all at once.

Costella took the time to go through the emails, examine the data therein, and made it immediately accessible to anyone who comes in contact with said document.

With that being said...I have added the document to my blogroll, but I did not make a posting of this until I had a chance to peruse the 142 page examination of just what occurred behind the scenes.

I woke up with the runs this morning...and I don't believe it had anything to do with my spinach, feta cheese and raspberry viniagrette salad last night; it was more to do with reading about the hugest batch of scumbaggery I have ever seen.

So, without further ado, I present to you, dear readers, ClimateGate Analysis By John P. Costella, B.E.(Elec.)(Hons.) B.Sc.(Hons.) Ph.D.(Physics) Grad.Dip.Ed. - I want to keep this on the top of the page until further notice, and I don't plan to post anything else for the entire weekend...unless we have another "Weiner Bomber" or some such idiocy in the headlines.

I await your comments upon reading this expose. Also, I wish to weigh upon the the concept of "peer-review".

Let's start with a simple equation: "Peer-review" + ideology = SCUMBAGGERY.

"Peer-review" is the process by which scientific discoveries are vetted; one of the points stressed by Costella is that any scientist, given the data and the means for measuring said data, should be able to replicate said results. In this case, you will note numerous examples of obfuscating information where the actual facts are being willfully hidden from those attempting to verify the "facts" bandied about by Jones, Mann, et. al.

In this case, "peer-review" is simply "gaming the system" - all attempts were made to control the data, or, as one of the scumbags himself put it, to "hide the decline".

I hope that this ends any further discussion about ClimateGate not being a real concern for you and I.

Let Not The Enriching Of The Unjust Continue

One of the responses to the letter proffered to Australia PM Kevin Rudd from Lord Chirstopher Monckton was so awesome, I would be remiss in not reprinting it here:

Gail Combs (15:24:56) :

JonesII (08:19:21) :

“The UN climate change convention will be just one of the many legally binding conventions already approved and accepted, and currently being operational, which have the common objective of establishing a new world government.
From the World Health Organization to the International Court of Justice, etc.
It is too late by now.

Reply:
No it is not. The Pseudo-socialists have worked long and hard here in the USA to convince people that once a treaty is signed it is legally binding and there is no way out. Bull poo.

“This [Supreme] Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty.” – Reid v. Covert, October 1956, 354 U.S. 1, at pg 17.

The Reid Court (U.S. Supreme Court) held in their Opinion that,
“… No agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or any other branch of government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution. Article VI, the Supremacy clause of the Constitution declares, “This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all the Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land…’

“There is nothing in this language which intimates that treaties and laws enacted pursuant to them do not have to comply with the provisions of the Constitution nor is there anything in the debates which accompanied the drafting and ratification which even suggest such a result…

“It would be manifestly contrary to the objectives of those who created the Constitution, as well as those who were responsible for the Bill of Rights – let alone alien to our entire constitutional history and tradition – to construe Article VI as permitting the United States to exercise power UNDER an international agreement, without observing constitutional prohibitions. (See: Elliot’s Debates 1836 ed. – pgs 500-519).
“In effect, such construction would permit amendment of that document in a manner not sanctioned by Article V. The prohibitions of the Constitution were designed to apply to all branches of the National Government and they cannot be nullified by the Executive or by the Executive and Senate combined.”

http://www.sweetliberty.org/issues/staterights/treaties.htm
also states “A treaty can be nullified by a statute passed by the U.S. Congress (or by a sovereign State or States if Congress refuses to do so), when the State deems a treaty the performance of a treaty is self-destructive. The law of self-preservation overrules the law of obligation in others….”

We in the USA can undo all the damage done by treaties such as NAFTA and WTO...If we can find some politicians with the backbone to stand up to the international corporations and bankers who run the world. Whether the damage done in the EU can be undone is another question since I do not understand the ins and outs of the politics over there but again the key is real honest and intelligent leadership which unfortunately ins in very short supply throughout the world.

As John Sherman said in referring to the National Banking Act:
“The few who could understand the system will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours, that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of the people mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that capital derives from the system, will bear its burdens without complaint, and perhaps without even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests.”

That was a mouthful, yes? Well...here's the news, dear readers - WE THE PEOPLE have, unbeknownst to ourselves, allowed scumbaggery to be the norm when it comes to government policy. Our Constitution does not allow for unconstitutional laws to be passed; and yet, we have allowed for our disenfranchisement to be written into our laws.

That is a bunch of crap.

We need to remove any and all politicians who do not perform the will of WE THE PEOPLE FIRST, SECOND and LAST. There is no bloody reason to accept any less.

Christopher Dodd and Byron Dorgan have made announcements indicating that they will end their terms in public office...but where are they going? Something tells me that Chris will be joining Goldman Sachs, since one of his last acts was to ensure that those unproductive scumbags got BONUSES FOR DOING A BAD JOB.

When you enable scumbags, this is the result to you and I.

The American Idiot

Incredible video.

Dear readers, I had run across the story of the TSA harassment of a blogger, but the follow-up story is even more amazing: TSA Withdraws Subpoenas Against Bloggers. As you can see by one blogger's proper reaction to such scumbaggery, there is no percentage in caving in to scumbags. The blogger who did now has an unusable laptop.

Now...as a computer technician, I can say that the TSA agent who "copied" Frischling's hard drive did a fucking piss-poor job of it. From some of the comments, it is implied that the copied hard drive is the one within the laptop, as there is evidence of the device having been opened.

Steven Frischling...take this advice from someone who knows: if you are using that machine for anything but playing Bubble Trouble by Ambrosia Software, you're setting yourself up for more harassment. That machine has been fitted with trackware and probably now has some sort of locator and microphone set for one purpose - to draw out your anonymous sources. I guarantee that if you brought that machine to an Apple Store, they'd find that the original hard drive is missing.

Updated with Slides - Lord Christopher Monckton Speaking In St. Paul Regarding "Climate Change"

Climate Change = Global Warming = Scumbaggery

Speaking of scumbaggery...I know that my blog does not allow for anonymous comments, that the comments left would be few and far between; but I have noticed a trend here, and at Greg Bacon's blog - a fantastic posting regarding Venezuela. I still fondly remember the 36 hours in April 2002, where the scumbags fell to the will of the people, and barely escaped with their lives...but I digress. What I noticed is that a number of cheesy porn links are embedded behind foreign characters.

Well...I don't know why you idiots are wasting your time. I have a real relationship, and I couldn't give a bloody damn about any stupid links you wish to proffer to my fellow bloggers or to myself. As I said before, I've DVDs still in their shrinkwrap, and maybe before I shuffle off this mortal coil, I'll take 'em for a spin; but let me make it bloody clear: I don't need your help in finding boobies on the internet; and I especially don't need nitwits trying to poison my cache with their sweatshop smut.

Then again...this could be one of the ball-less wonders from CounterKnowledge. Keep screwing around, taint-licker...you'll find yourself back on AOL chats before I'm done with you.

Oh, my stars and garters...look who's back in town - Dominik O. Suter.

Beating A Rotting Nag

Just a quick one tonight, dear readers. Hope the holiday season is greeting you with some modicum of joy.

I've a great couple of weeks ahead. I will pay it forward with my best wishes to you all.

So...look outside of your window. See that undeniable evidence of anthropogenic global warming?

I thought so.

Albert Gore is a lickspittle henchman of the scumbags already reaping rewards from their new derivative - Climate Change Credits.

Let's just be clear here - the Copenhagen conference was NEVER about actually doing anything about` the environment...because there's no bloody way to do it. Of course, we can all make an effort not to consciously and lazily add to atmospheric pollution, but not a sentence with this mindset was ever uttered even once during this conference.

This is all about gaming the system. This is nothing but a scheme to defraud nations and the people living within. The ClimateGate emails and texts should have put the lie to all of the grandiose glad-handing...despite their insistence that "hide the decline" actually didn't mean that the decline was being hidden. All of the nonsense about people opposed to "AGW" being the tools of Big Oil...do I seem like I'm a paid whore from Exxon/Mobil? Do I wear BP underwear? Fuck 'em - they're just another bunch of scumbags, raping us all for a renewable resource that they called "fossil fuel" until the work of Russian scientists was brought to the fore by the plagiarism of Thomas Gold. Read this in case David McGowan's pages aren't readily accessible.

Dear readers, here's the news: we're not going to run out of oil, unless we keep wasting it on bullshite wars like what's currently occurring.

Why are we in Afghanistan? Go no further than Mike Rivero's cogent analysis, replete with images of our soldiers standing uniform-deep in poppy fields.

Or is it that you couldn't give a fuck? Just shut up, pal; grab a beer, check out that fumble; why do ah need ta pay attenshun ta that crap? ah got mah teevee; ah got mah beer; ah got mah job...hey - pass me that phone...hello...whut? Whut do yah mean, the plant's shut down? It was releasing TOO MUCH CO2? Ah thut thet dang conference took care of all thet! Dang...ah knew thet glo-BULL wormin' was a bunch of horseapples...there's three feet of snow outside.

That's right...look outside, dear readers. You see an Earth warming out of control?

The only thing "out of control" are the avaricious appetites of the scumbags attempting to scam their way into your wallets by charging you for exhaling carbon dioxide...something that is part of our ecosystem. Plants require CO2 to LIVE. CO2 is part of the food chain, and is an integral part of the circle of life.

Haven't you heard scientists refer to humans as a "carbon-based life form"?

One last note - our drone camera feeds were hacked into by off-the-shelf software? Someone's head should fucking roll...of course, this idea is total bullshite. You guys better come up with a better tale than that.

Tiger By The Tail

The "Distraction Media" finally got their bloody wedge issue; Tiger Woods' infidelities.

I know more about Tiger's whores than I need to.

Tiger Woods has been recast as O.J. Simpson for this decade. His marriage has been laid bare for the last couple of weeks, and I'm appalled that Americans are falling for this obvious bit of scumbaggery. There are real issues of import; why does anyone care about this?

Let's boil this down to its basic element: here's a news story about a celebrity who cheated.

How is this news in this day and age?

Tiger - here's my appeal to you - don't fucking kill yourself; don't go off the deep end. This is not the end of your world; it is the end of everyone thinking that you were some sort of infallible icon...after all your accolades, you're just a man.

Deal with it.

I have a lovely girl, and I'll never cheat on her. I can say that absolutely, without reservation. Tiger should have been aware that these women were after his celebrity, not his person. Trust me...if I ever get famous or rich, I'll pay a bodyguard to fuck every groupie coming my way...he'll promise them that they'll get a piece of me, after he gets a slice...then, throw them bitches out on their asses!

What...are they going to say anything to anyone? "I tried to bang Lion Steel, but his bodyguard screwed me and threw my whore ass out?"

Hmm...actually, that might make great copy at the Post.

Oh...and a cautionary note to Elin...they will turn on you like sharks to chum...so don't think your peccadilloes aren't in the public domain...just wait until they get tired of you.

So...to add: Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen...oh - did everyone forget?) is right to drop Woods from their advertising...Bernie Madoff is a much better figurehead. Imagine the balls of the scumbags who, along with Enron, dry ass-raped California for electricity.

Yes, that's right - Enron's former accountants don't think that Tiger Woods is a good spokesman.

Monserrate sentencing could bring jail time
By Jeremy Walsh

Last Updated: 11:25 AM, December 3, 2009

Posted: 11:25 AM, December 3, 2009

Friday is a day of reckoning for state Sen. Hiram Monserrate (D-East Elmhurst), who faces up to a year in jail when he is sentenced for misdemeanor assault. But jail time is just one possibility for Monserrate, a first-time offender, former Marine and ex-NYPD officer.

Monserrate was convicted in October of recklessly injuring his girlfriend, Karla Giraldo, after a December 2008 fight in his Jackson Heights apartment. Monserrate is depicted on security camera footage dragging Giraldo away from a neighbor’s door as she holds on to the staircase and then the doorway of the apartment building in an apparent attempt to resist him.

The misdemeanor conviction could carry a sentence of jail time, probation, a fine or anger management classes, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.

Monserrate was acquitted of felony assault charges for allegedly slashing Giraldo’s face with a broken glass after discovering another man’s police union card in her purse. Monserrate and Giraldo have both claimed her injuries were accidental, incurred when he stumbled in the dark and spilled water on her, causing her to shoot upright in bed and collide with the glass in his hand.

His attorney, Joseph Tacopina, has said he will appeal the misdemeanor conviction.

In the meantime, Monserrate faces an uphill battle to cover hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal expenses and to build a war chest for his 2010 re-election bid.

The Albany Times Union reported Monserrate has established a legal defense fund based on a legal opinion issued for former state Sen. Efrain Gonzalez that differentiated between what was an improper gift and what would be considered a legitimate contribution to the fund.

The Queens Democratic Party has already endorsed state Assemblyman Jose Peralta (D-Jackson Heights) in the 2010 Democratic primary for Monserrate’s seat.

But the senator may not be in office that long. The state Senate is in the process of deciding whether it has the authority to expel Monserrate based on the conviction. Had he been found guilty of a felony, the senator would have been forced to resign. With the lesser charge in place, the Senate’s recourse is unclear. Public hearings are expected soon.

Monserrate’s participation in a June coup in the Senate also jeopardizes his viability in the state Legislature. He followed state Sen. Pedro Espada (D-Bronx) over to the Republican fold briefly, overturning the two-vote Democratic majority and sparking a month-long stalemate that alienated many of his colleagues.

Oh, look - three years probation...no jail time.

In other news...looks like ClimateGate is out of the bag. Oh, Al...I hear that they're calling for your Academy Award and your Nobel Peace Prize to be rescinded.

Oops.

Tiger...should have given up the goods in the beginning.

Did anyone read Buddy Boys by Mike McAlary? Apparently, this tool LEO didn't.

Fat Al & ClimateGate

Mike Rivero and Alex Jones have kept ClimateGate in the top of their news rosters. Good work, boys. I think the naming convention of adding "Gate" to every political scandal is retarded and mendacious, not to mention lazy, since We The People still haven't gotten to the bottom of Watergate, but I digress.

Dutch Environmental Minister Jacqueline Cramer goes one octave higher than the rest of her intentionally-deluded colleagues and states that the "hacked emails" were also "manipulated" - and that's where I jump the line to pants this idiot. My comments to this article are to clear up two things: one, that the emails were not HACKED, they were INTERCEPTED; two, since the CRU deleted their bullshit data, and none of the scientists dispute the authenticity of the emails in question, what the hell kinda OxyContin is she on?

Albert Gore...do you now see what a fat piece of shite you are?

You dove like a fat fuck into a pool of fudge...and you haven't yet come up for air. You threw the 2000 election; yes, you did, you stupid bastard! Fuck you and your goddamned attempt to cash in on our dime. Global Warming, or more appropriately, "human-caused" climate change is a GODDAMNED LIE.

Here's a snippet from the article linked above:

Since he left office, Gore’s personal net worth has skyrocketed on the back of his advocacy for global warming issues and the financial dividends this has reaped. Gore’s assets totaled less than $2 million in 2001 and although he refuses to give a figure for his current net worth, a recent single investment of $35 million in Capricorn Investment Group, a private equity fund, illustrates just how fast Gore has enriched himself from his climate change bandwagon.

Go fuck yourself, you bloody idiot. I mean, why listen to what you have to say, anyway?

YOU LOST TO GEORGE WALKER BUSH.

You lost the most important race in America to a complete fucktard, and We The People suffered as a result of your lackluster effort.

You lost to a fucking cokehead fratboy who put firecrackers in frog's assholes to watch 'em blow up...who gives a rancid rat's ass what you have to say about anything?

Albert Gore...you should use that Nobel Peace Prize that you were given as a suppository; your film An Inconvenient Truth should be shown only to mental patients at asylums; and as for you? You should be across the street from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue sucking syphilitic cock for hits of bad crack.

Thanks for nothing, scumbag.

"Peak Oil" And "Global Warming" - Two Sides Of The Same Scumbaggery?

Found a great link from the blog listing at Xymphora - it's called alethonews, and therein lies a posting I think you should read.

Of course, I've made a comment at the site, and it details my researches into the fraud known as "Peak Oil". If this complete fallacy hadn't been able to obtain a foothold in the American consciousness, there's NO WAY IN HELL that WE THE PEOPLE would have put up with $150-a-barrel oil back in 2008.

No bloody way - the chairmen of Exxon-Mobil, BP and every other oil company would have been hanging by their necks from lampposts all over the nation, if they had attempted this bit of scumbaggery without the lie of "Peak Oil" buffering any anger with unjustifiably rising oil prices.

So...understand this - "Global Warming" is simply another attempt to tax WE THE PEOPLE for something completely made up out of whole cloth. "An Inconvenient Truth" was a COMPLETE LIE; Gore should have NOT received a Nobel Peace Prize; in fact, he should have been CANED for his lackluster efforts during the 2000 Presidential campaign.

A Quarter Of A Billion Dollars Well Spent, I Guess

Michael R. Bloomberg has won a third term as Mayor of New York City, barely surviving a challenge from former City Comptroller William Thompson.

Looks to me that the endorsement from President Barack Hussein Obama was the kiss of death...just ask former New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine.

Anywho...let's see what a third term as mayor holds for Mike and for New York City.

In other news...Harper's has a great article I'd like to alert you all to peruse, dear readers, titled The Intelligence Factory: How America Makes its Enemies Disappear, by Petra Bartosiewicz.

Here are a couple of articles you should have read - had a busy week, so I didn't get to post this information earlier:

The Best and the Brightest Have Led America Off a Cliff

The Hard Evidence - a conference (I'd like to see if they will add my very extensive research to the repository)

Empire - A Review

Good afternoon, dear readers! Today, I'm going to review the 2002 release Empire, starring John Leguizamo, Peter Sarsgaard, Delilah Cotto, Denise Richards, Isabella Rossellini, Fat Joe, Treach and a cast of other very good actors.

The Wikipedia article on this movie does not do it justice. This movie is fantastic, and, if more people had paid attention to the myriad storylines within, maybe a lot of those people who fell prey to the likes of Bernard Madoff and the like would have seen what was coming.

John Leguizamo plays Victor Rosa, an entrepreneur (read: dope peddler) in the South Bronx, in the midst of a very sensitive turf war with three other dealers. They all purchase their dope from La Colombiana, played by Isabella Rossellini. As in the real world, the dealers have an identifying name to go with their particular offering; Vic calling his product Empire. He prefers to cut it the least, and develops both a good breed of customer and brand loyalty. His rivals, Tito Severe for example (played by Fat Joe), prefers to deal in quantity and cuts it without regard for purity. Vic is very cunning and has, for the most part, avoided the arrests that are usually prevalent in his line of business. At one point, Vic sets up decoys with wax paper bags filled with crushed graham crackers with "FUCK YOU" stamped on the baggies, thereby faking out the all-too-obvious undercover narcotics teams.

Vic has a beautiful girlfriend, Carmen, played by Delilah Cotto, who, even knowing his business, stands behind her man. It isn't blind loyalty, as you will see later in the movie. I wish to entice you to want to go buy this movie or rent it at Blockbuster or Netflix - it really is that good.

Of course, with any turf war goes the overstepping of boundaries, and this is dealt with quickly and decisively by Vic's crew. The person responsible unwittingly sets off the escalating chain of events that put everyone in danger, and the consequences are frightening.

Carmen's co-worker, Trish, played by Denise Richards, has a boyfriend by the name of Jack Wimmer, played by Peter Sarsgaard. Jack is charismatic, cool, and most importantly, not blind as to the reality of how he makes his living; for that, when he is introduced to Vic, he does not look down upon him; rather, he sees Vic and himself as kindred spirits, and they befriend each other immediately.

Carmen informs Vic that they are pregnant; not long after that, the repercussions of earlier retributions return as a hit is taken on Vic, who is wounded, but not fatally. This gets Vic to thinking about leaving his business, and instead joining Jack in his very lucrative investments. He moves out of the South Bronx into an unused Soho loft, offered by Jack. He begins alienating his former crew for socialite parties with Jack and Trish, something Carmen now regrets.

His first investment pans out to a 200% return; Vic is amazed with the ease at which Jack can make such things happen. When a deal is mentioned that has an even higher rate of return, Vic throws caution to the wind and goes for it...but there are extenuating circumstances. One, he must rein in Jimmy, his former lieutenant, from his hyper-violent proclivities; two, being a million and a half short, he approaches La Colombiana with an offer to include her into the money train - her response to him is that Jimmy must go, and the money is his. Painful decisions are made, and the deal is in the offing.

Of course, this is where the movie parallels recent occurrences - Vic is taken for every cent he's got, and Jack Wimmer disappears...seemingly without a trace. Vic returns to what's left of his former crew and elicits what financial means they have to try out a long shot, which pans out. Of course, Jack Wimmer's fate does not parallel Bernie Madoff's...at least, not as of yet, but if you see this movie, you may ask yourself...why NOT.

Speaking of Bernies...how's my pal, Bernie Kerik...or should I say Inmate #210717? Not so bloody smug anymore, now are we?
